I’d like to get an ADS ( like penimaster ).

But I don’t know which one to choose, anyone can help?

I wanna use it after my stretches for a couple hours to help prevent retracting.

I use a traction wrap, Myself, and have gotten good results with it.

I really need an ads or something that is very effective with stretching.

I’m very confortable with the Penimaster but it’s been only 3 weeks since I started wearing it so I don’t know about the results. You could do a search though, I know it’s been discussed countless times. Good luck!

Seriously? I’ve used a 1” roll of gauze support wrap for over 20 years now: it seems to do the trick…

I just saw my first gain after using an all night splint ANS, not a stretcher just something to hold some of the gain. After wearing it 22 hours between sessions, I finally saw a gain of a quarter of an inch after two months of manual and six days of hanging fifteen pounds(10 first day,14 second,15 next four days). To jump a quarter in one day means the gain was there but being lost for who knows how long, until I used the ANS for a day. It’s just a Conair Pony Wrap, not seamless like you want for htw, but doubled it has some rigidity as an all night or all the time splint(ANS,ADS,ADNS,AlltheTimeSplint).
