Is there anyone who has gained by only using an ADS tool? If so, how much gained and how long did it take?

I have seen posts in other threads of good gain claims using an ADS device. I have been searching the forums for more information on ADS devices, but I can’t seem to find what I am looking for. Specifically, I’d like to know which brands people have used and their recommendations on them. I am considering purchasing one myself. I had like looked at the SizePro stretcher a bit and it seemed like an OK device, but I haven’t been able to find any posts on these forums about it.

Make your own from the description in the thread I have in my signature or buy monkeybars vac-extender… I am using it right now and have clocked in an average of 13 hours per day using it with a bungee fastened to my thigh. Simply put: IT ROCKS!

Well, I am not sure, I gained for two periods, then nothing… Still testing though.. The hanging routine has given a couple of more veterans gains but we will see. I seem to be better at helping other people gain then actually making my own penis bigger…:)

Babbis, I am lately sitting at desk all day (at home with privacy ;) and hanging 2.5 lbs for the entire day myself. Do you think that 2.5lbs of hanging is comparable to the force you are experiencing with the bungie, or do you think it is less? In beginning of day I start with 5 lbs for about an hour and then switch to 2.5lbs for much as I can for rest of day.

How much is 2.5lbs in kg? I am not sure how much force I get from this bungee but if I were to guess I would say between 1 and 2kg. I would have tested it with my fish scale but I have miss placed it.

12-15 hours a day with the set up I am using now is 0 stress. I actually forget that I am wearing it sometimes. When I start to feel that I have to urinate it becomes somewhat uncomfortable to wear but as soon as I have urinated and put it back on, 0 discomfort. I probably should have kept this up for a couple of months but I will get the static stretcher soon and have to do a trial with it. I might take this up after the trial.

Babbis, I was looking at monkeybars vac-extender. How do those things actually attach to the penis head? Is it just suction?

Yes it is suction. The silicone sleeve creates an airtight seal, and also provides some frictional attachment, but it is mainly the vacuum. See autoextender.com

I’m curious about how you are getting 2.5 lbs. 2.5 lbs = right at 4 PEweights or Rings. That is a significant ADS weight. That weight utilized after heavy hanging WILL get you good results.

Sorry for the confusion, I am not using PEweights because I am sitting at home working at computer all day alone with pants down heh. I’m using a vachanger attached to ball-bearing pulley and 2.5lb standard weightlifting barbell weight.

With vac hanging at higher weights (even only 5lbs) I have to be careful about ending sessions after certain amount of time in order to avoid blisters. However, at 2.5lbs the edema seems to max out at low level and then just stay at that level all day. Since this is so much more convenient and comfortable than hanging is when using higher weights for lower duration, I figure I might as well do it as much as possible during this period of no privacy restrictions.

Monty I’m very glad that you are confident this is a productive method. I’ve wondered often if 2.5lbs is too little and a waste of time, so it’s nice to hear this.

You know you have an Ideal life structure to really get some neat gains. Bib was doing the same thing, i.e. Working at home and many hours of alone hanging time to devote.

If I where in your shoes, I’d get a Bib and up my weight about every month by 1/2 lb and keep good records.

See I think your upside down. I’d be hanging heavy all the time and use the ADS if you couldn’t get to your heavy stuff within a 24 hour period. In other words only use the ADS weight when your going to have a long stretch of inactivity.

I’m not saying you should jump your weight up to any outrageous number but be conservative and use that long hang time for more then ADS levels. The only reason I don’t do this is the same as everyone else, I work, so I solidify my gains during the day and heavy hang for 1 1/2 hr at night.

I’m jealous.
