Today I finally did ADS for the first time (well I’ve bought a stretcher, but that didn’t workout to well). I followed the video and seem to have the wrapping part down. I’m just wondering while I have the ADS on is it OK for the wrap to slide over the penis head a little bit (from the pictures on this site I see the wrap on the guy has also slide over his penis head)? I know the ADS is supposed to be for all day, but I cannot wear it to work as I walk a lot and bend down and what not. How many sets should I do at home? I did 2 sets of 25 minutes today just to try it out and see how it feels. Also is it OK to sit at the computer while wearing it or will I not get the same time of stretch as standing?

I think you need more than 50 minutes a day. Typically, ADS is done for 2-4 hours a day.

Yeah I was just testing it out did 3 hours today. I probably will keep it at 2 to 3 hours.

ADS’s typically don’t give any length gains. What they do do is cement heavy hanging session gains or gains from any other source. If your a newbie you might realize some gains from an ADS by itself but they will be shortlived gains you will need to evolve your routine to increase stresses for gains to continue.

Another principle is that if your heavier stretching sessions are consistent in time intervals and those intervals are within 24 hours or less then an ADS will not help with gains at all. If your routine is very sporadic then an ADS can make sure you gains will traverse time and you reduce the possibility for plateauing.

Yeah I’m not going to try hanging yet. So what your saying is to do the ADS every other day with my normal jelqing routine? That way I’m not ADS twice in a 24 hour period? I don’t want to plateau to soon then I’ll be force to add more time to my workout. Should I only use ADS if I’m hanging then?
