Coming up on my one week back on PE,

I’m thinking about upping my routine once I hit my two week routine.

I now do the newbie routine, so 5 minute stretch(30 Second Pulls Of Up, Down, Left, Right, Straight Out: Twice) and 10 minutes of jelqing.

I was thinking of upping it to 7.5 minutes of stretching( 3 Set Of My Main Stretches) and 15 minutes of jelqing.

Is this too soon to be raising the bar?


Starting Stats: (Aug.3/07) // Flaccid: 4.5" / NBPEL: 7" (From Top) 7.5" (From Side) | Loosing 0.5" From Curve In Unit. / EG: 4.5"

Goal: // Flaccid: 5.5" / NBPEL: 8" (From Top) / EG: 5.5"-6" / Work out my curve. (Gain 0.5" from working out curve)

No, it is not too soon. Your routine looks fine. Just remember it is only you who can decide whether or not if you should increase the intensity and reps. If your penis feels fine, raise the bar. If it doesn’t, lower it and just don’t increase.


Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH

Present: 7.55" BPEL x 5.55" GIRTH (1 year progress)

Future: 8-9" BPEL x 6" GIRTH
