Adding Horse 440 and Jelq Squeeze to my routine

I haven’t gained much in girth lately (actually nothing) so I’m thinking of adding horse 440 and ending with jelq squeeze.

My currently routine is:

25-30 min of manual stretching
20-30 min of (classical) jelqing
4x 60 sec Horses 440 (each that end with a 30 sec jelq squeeze)

I do “Horse 440-jelq squeeze” like this:
A little bit lubricated hands;
With a 80% erection, create a grip at the base of the penis. With the second hand squash the blood out of the glans with my over hand grip. Now I hold it for 60 sec (my dick is like exploding and my hands starts to hurt a bit), after 60 sec I release the glans and start to move my other hand from the base towards the glans with a tight grip and very slowly (30 sec).

What do you think guys will it work with giving it some time??

Last night I had problems to keeping it semi (while jelqing) so I decided to rather do the horse 440 I did it 8 or 10 times each for 90 sec, after that my Mr Johnson swelled out like hell but it didn’t hurt or anything. I think it was a oedema ( swelling because increase of the interstitial fluid), I do know guys is that a positive sign??

The Horse may well be an effective PE exercise for some guys, but it gave me nothing but discoloration that lasted two years. And I was totally “conditioned” to PE before I even started doing them.

Have you considered pumping or clamping?

According to me is far way better than clamping. It is less intense than clamping but you are completely under control.

I perfectly understand what Avocet are saying. But we are all different. I had discoloration from clamping that has vanished with my new girth routine.

I do not have a pump and I don’t intending to buy one either (because of lot of arguments that the effects are just temporary) and clamping takes a bit to long of time, but maybe that’s the thing to gain in girth?

I say clamping, jelqing, and ulis for girth all the way! Horse 440’s and everything else just gave me injuries which you CANNOT get when doing girthwork because you really need to be consistent and go at it every day in my experiences.
