This week while using a search engine to find more info regarding connective tissue and lengthening, I read about a study where the participants experienced greater flexibility (hamstring) when 48 and 96 hour rest periods were between stretching sessions, than when a stretching session was done once every 24 hours. This may or may not apply to the lengthening the connective tissue of the penis.

I am experimenting with a once a week workout. I have sex, usually, 3 + times per week. Most sessions include me edging during intercourse.

After sex where I have edged, my unit is sore, presumably because of the extended time my unit is/has been expanded, for at least one day. (maybe this means I am doing “pe” more than once a week?)

I’m not sure if this is contributing to some of my growth or not? But, recently, when I have just done C jelqs with high pressure and 50% erection level, I have noticed a fuller unit.

One question though; on the day of a good girth workout, does anyone’s unit actually measure smaller? (mine has many times )

Those are pretty meager gains for a year but observing the time and effort you have put forth, I guess it is about all you can expect.

I would say that .2 of an inch per year is pretty good. I gained just about ZERO using 2 days on 1 day off. This is not about lack of effort, as you imply. Rather, it is about finding what works for me.

If I gain .2” per year for another 2 years, I’ll have a 6” girth. ( time to retire at that stage )

In my experience, 3/4” would be a reasonable gain in girth over a 12 month period for an avid practitioner. Gains are never quite linear on the growth curve, it usually occurs in unpredictable spurts. I think you should look at your techniques and revise if you are serious about growth. I do not even register anything under 1/2” since fluctuation is very common place in day to day erectile dimensions, your gains are almost undetectable, I do not mean to be critical but you have little to show for 12 month activity.

Are you the authority on what’s reasonable and what’s not? It seems to me, that you have some need to critique. If this is the case, kindly find a different thread to engage members on your assertion(s) that 3/4” in girth is a “reasonable” gain, or .2” is “almost undetectable”.

This is my thread, if you want to debate what is a good or reasonable gain, etc., start your own thread. I welcome those with positive comments and/or suggestions here.
