yep thats the point. it can be dangerous. but the point is that its something what could be really good for girth while also being nice for length since you split the exercise in a “penis shaft and tip” part which gets (eventually) the girth while ligs are affected be the weight for length.
Important point: Find out a weight which doesnt apply to much force on the swollen penis. So its basically not hanging with an erect penis because the weight should be lower that for pure hanging. Its more clamping with additional pressure to the penis shaft and tip (like jelqing) plus a semi-strong stretch for the ligs.
In my impression a good exercise, I combine it with normal hanging with higher weights.
But since i am a hard gainer, i cant connect any pecific gains to this method. I just think its good…
My goal: from 11.9 cm NBPEL to 18 cm NBPEL (~7 ") ...now or never...!!!! after 5 weeks(and a long break): 12.5 cm NBPEL
