yep thats the point. it can be dangerous. but the point is that its something what could be really good for girth while also being nice for length since you split the exercise in a “penis shaft and tip” part which gets (eventually) the girth while ligs are affected be the weight for length.
Important point: Find out a weight which doesnt apply to much force on the swollen penis. So its basically not hanging with an erect penis because the weight should be lower that for pure hanging. Its more clamping with additional pressure to the penis shaft and tip (like jelqing) plus a semi-strong stretch for the ligs.
In my impression a good exercise, I combine it with normal hanging with higher weights. But since i am a hard gainer, i cant connect any pecific gains to this method. I just think its good…

Hmmm… well I don’t have my hanging equipment anymore so not sure if I can try this. Also how do you stay erect while hanging?

One problem I can see with it is that part of the hanging device needs to be attached to your cock. But if you’re doing erect hanging to stretch your tunica, the part of your cock with the device attached won’t be erect and I assume wouldn’t be affected girth-wise.
I have an idea I may try out tonight or sometime soon though.

Well my method was a complete failure. I was gonna try hanging a weight from a rope which was tightened as a noose under my glans. It was too painful on my glans to hang any significant amount of weight though, so I’m gonna have to come up with some other method.
