A new stretch???

A new stretch???

I want to know if I made up a new stretch. Of course we all probably mess around with different angles, tensions and such, but I think I’ve found an important one.

First off, I always like to stretch my cock up to by belly button for a hold either during the day or somewhere in my stretch routine. When I do this, my thumb’s knuckle is perfectly inline with my naval.

In the past week what I’ve been doing is locking my thumb into my hairy lint trap (naval) and arching back as if I was playing limbo or something. What a stretch! I know I have a low LOT, so I really try to target the tunica as much as possibe, and this completely fries it.

I’d imagine if you stretched up and you were shorter/longer than your lint trap, you could still lock your thumb knuckle into your belly fat (and if you’re ripped, into an ab groove heheh).

Give ‘em a try and let me know what you all think. For now, keeping with the tradition of whacky-ass exercise names, I’ll call it the “Bingo Stretch” (which actually is a good name, once you feel it you’ll be thinking “Bingo! I feel it, damn!). Just don’t arch back too far, as I do believe this is a powerful stretch beyond even using two hands to pull up.

If this has already been posted/made up, my bad. Just let me know so I can link it and give credit where it’s due.

Unlike some of the “I just invented something new” posts here, I think you’ve actually got one that’s unique.

Now you have to explain how a Bingo Stretch routine plays out. How long do you hold it, etc.

This is a pretty nifty technique, Bingo. I’m going to try this in my routine later today for sure!

westla90069- I just do it for 2 15 second holds at the very end of Memento’s morning stretch routine. I’ll have no idea how well it works, because even though I’m gaining, I’m doing a few other stretches too. All I know is as far as stretching upwards goes, provided I have plenty of talc powder so I don’t hurt my glans, I really feel it the best this way.

So I definitely don’t have enough experience/info with this stretch to base a routine around it, but please give them a try. You’ll really feel it if you get them right!

I’ve been stretching like this since I started, just because it gets a better pull. I don’t do the navel thing, but I hold my arms rigid to the side of my body and lean backwards. I also find that it works well for a downward stretch… get into your stretch good and tight, lock your arms and lean back (or in my case stand up straight since I am hunched over when stretching down). I think it only makes sense to use your body as part of your stretching.

Very nice! I’m going to try this one out, ‘cause when I’m pulling upwards, I really don’t feel like I’m pulling enough…
