A new stretch???
I want to know if I made up a new stretch. Of course we all probably mess around with different angles, tensions and such, but I think I’ve found an important one.
First off, I always like to stretch my cock up to by belly button for a hold either during the day or somewhere in my stretch routine. When I do this, my thumb’s knuckle is perfectly inline with my naval.
In the past week what I’ve been doing is locking my thumb into my hairy lint trap (naval) and arching back as if I was playing limbo or something. What a stretch! I know I have a low LOT, so I really try to target the tunica as much as possibe, and this completely fries it.
I’d imagine if you stretched up and you were shorter/longer than your lint trap, you could still lock your thumb knuckle into your belly fat (and if you’re ripped, into an ab groove heheh).
Give ‘em a try and let me know what you all think. For now, keeping with the tradition of whacky-ass exercise names, I’ll call it the “Bingo Stretch” (which actually is a good name, once you feel it you’ll be thinking “Bingo! I feel it, damn!). Just don’t arch back too far, as I do believe this is a powerful stretch beyond even using two hands to pull up.
