Manual tunica stretches are a bitch. I played around with sock stretches, but man, to get the amount of fatique needed, I feel like this has to be worked on for 30-45 minutes or more everyday. It’s like getting an upperbody workout with all the isometric holding.

It sucks, because I wanted to be fan of this. I’ll tell you what, I think it’s a great way to get early, high stress fatigue in a hanging session. Sock stretches could be used to create initial fatigue and then you could ride out that fatigue with hanging sets.

It works for me.

I just don’t like the idea of twisting the penis before you stretch it. I mean there are ligaments that run through the penis and act as guy wires for an erection. I think by twisting the penis and then twisting the stretching is not uniform and might lead to ED.

I think it’s a safe exercise, as long as there is no pain (obviously). It’ll be an exercise that will really cause some deformation.

I’m going to try these, I am trying to come up with a few routines, too keep my penis guessing and to probably change it up every 6 weeks, from length focused to girth focused to a combination, also this way I won’t get to complacent or bore. Also will see what works best from my point of view.

It’s a variation on a theme, I know, but just the last week or so, thinking I had discovered something new, I started twisting my cock two full turns prior to manual stretching; first in one direction, then the other. The stretch feels incredible, like things are really happening deep inside and the early signs look promising. While I will definitely try jelqing while twisting, I’m now wondering if the technique could be used with an extender like a Jez? Unfortunately, mine needs repairing and I don’t think my vac type would hold the twisted position well enough. But hey, I’ll just have to get on and experiment a bit more.

Twisting jelqing? Forget about that if you love your penis.
