Perhaps you need to do a demonstration video of you doing the exercise. For us visual learners. A picture can paint a thousand words. A video tens of thousands of words.

I agree with you.

I still can’t visualize with those words descriptions

If I was to grab the base of my penis with my left hand, and to grab the head with my right hand, and then push my penis up and down with my right hand, that would mean that I would be bending my penis.

But you say you do not bend the penis, this is where everyone is getting confused, do you make the left hand grip so loose that the penis doesnt bend when you push up and down? And if you do it like this does it really work? Hmmm we will have to see.

Anyway thanx for trying to help us out and describe. I’m still a little confused thou.

Interesting, would this be fancy for pulling on a Uli with 100% erection and using the other hand to stretch it? Definitely not for beginners, that’s for sure.
