A negative experience in my otherwise positive PE journey

Could I get some advice here?

So far I’ve had positive results during my PE journey however have recently had a concern…

I recently started using an air clamp. It certainly does its job, but I may have been overly enthusiastic. After a few sessions working out how to use it I increased clamping time to 5 minutes - at a high pressure (not nearly as long as what some have suggested). And this only for three sets. Expansion was awesome - but - a discolouration due to (what I imagined was) blood seeping through tissues happened. Happened a few months back. I rested up, the discolouration has almost gone, but I suspect this has left a desensitized glans (to a degree), and shaft.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Can clamping cause a loss of sensitivity?

If so, and sensitivity is lessened, can it return?

Finally, any suggestions how one can increase sensitivity?

I also use a ADS, and jelq on a regular basis, say every other day.

Your comments and advice is much appreciated.

Ballooning and edging increases sensitivity. However, I would consider a decon break so you can heal up first. How is your erection quality, still getting rock hard boners?

I can get a hard erection but it takes more mental stimulation rather than physical stimulation. I used to be stimulated easily by touch alone, not so much these days.

Is that being a bit older can be a reason for this - I’m 38?

I’ve been using an ADS at high intensity for some time. The foreskin is pulled right back before fitting the stretcher. I realise this is fairly pummeling my glans. So is it possible ‘keratinization’ is the problem I’m experiencing.

For all the experienced ones out there what do you think?

If it is possible, would jelqing only allow a continuation of growth, at the same time allowing the glans to ‘de-keratinize’?

Can we start a disscussion here on the effects of glans sensitivity when PE’ing… positives and negatives?

Just an update here…

been a week since I took a break, sensitivity has been returning! Whew!

Have learned a lesson to take things a bit easier, must admit I’ve been a bit overly enthusiastic with my PE training.

I also have started on supplements such as:

L- Arginine
Ginseng
Ginkgo Bilbao
Selenium
Zinc
Plus a good vitamin supplement

Will probably continue the layoff for another week.

Kingpole, you mentioned taking a ‘deacon break’, what exactly does this mean, a break for how long?

Decon means Deconditioning (not letting the Deacon having a go!) - PE lingo for letting the little guy “having a break for Pete’s sake!”

Decon break is… let’s see now, a month at least? Someone correct me.

I’m still pretty newb to the forums & I’ve tryed searching with no luck. Could someone give me a link or tell me alittle about ballooning & edging. I want to get some reading dun on the subject sounds interesting
