How many of you get great gains, and masturbate after each jelqing session? Considering, you have PE’d for at least one year.

I have done both, but I haven’t done either for long enough to analyze if it effects gains or not. Either way, I will avoid masturbating anytime near my PE workouts.

What do you mean you need need more options, either you have tried one of the four, our you haven’t! In theory, one could conjure up thousands of options, but I’m just keeping it simple. If you’ve done something other than the any of these options, please don’t vote, but if you have, please do.. I have a mathematical system that uses the combination of percentages that gives a very accurate look at what the real life results are.

Well, I’ve tried it, but not with each session. So I have no idea if the gains I got were because or in spite of the masturbation that I did with perhaps 20% of the jelq sessions in my PE “career.” You want absolutes. You want people who jerked off after each and every jelq session and either gained or didn’t. I’m not one of them, so I can’t vote.

And I’m not real clear on what “both” is. Both masturbating with each session and not masturbating with each session? I did “both,” but it wasn’t one long series of jerking after jelqing then a long session of not jerking with jelqing. So I have no idea if my gains came from one or the other.

The population you’re looking for will likely be rather small.

Once again, I’m just conveying a message from a friend of mine (I introduced him here Just a "Thank you" message from a Fellow PEr ). He should be becoming a member within the next week

“I usually do stretches after masturbating. I make sure I masturbate slowly, staying hard for as long as possible and making sure that the masturbation “session” lasts a good while. After this I do manual stretches in 2 directions each for a duration of 1 minute. First I stretch straight down then at 90 degrees to my body. When stretching perpendicular to my body I pull my penis from side to side moving from left to right and vice versa. Obviously, when doing my proper PE workouts, I do more than just 2 stretches for just a minute each.

I always try to do my stretches with 50% to 70% erection. This way I really feel the stretch in my ligs on the top of my penis and also my lower abs. Also when I am stretching with a 50% - 70% erection I feel like I’m stretching the actual ligs more and not just the skin around my penis. I do think its best to masturbate before because for me, its like a very through warm up and prepares my penis and ligs to be stretched. I can get a better grip also when I’m harder, gripping hard from the head. This also works very well in a hot shower or bath!

I also try and kegel constantly while stretching.

How about just continue to jelq after you bust your nut with whatever blood is left over in your cock? If you do it that way, you can avoid that post-cum shrinkage that many people think “ruins” a PE workout.

I’ve done it like that a few times, and it always helps me avoid that shrinking up thing that happens after you cum from jelqing. Just keep on jelqing through the orgasm with the blood that’s already in there, and try your best to keep it from leaving your cock. I can usually still get a another few good minutes of workout this way, and I don’t have to feel any guilt about busting my nut and ruining my workout. You hang pretty good afterwards too if you jump back into jelqing quick enough.
