A "LOT" Of Confusion
I’ve read and re-read the whole LOT theory and I still can’t figure it out. I have absolutely no tugback when I kegel while stretching straight down (6:00?). It tugs back a lot when stretched straight up (12:00), then I gradually lose it as I move the direction of the stretch down. What does this mean exactly? I’m gonna go back through all of it and read it again, but while I do that, if anybody’s got a minute, could you explain it to me in really simple, retard language?
I would’ve participated in the study when it first happened, but I missed it ‘cause I was offline for a while.
