You can do it in bed, on the couch, in a chair, in the tub, wherever.
Bend your legs.
Lift your right or left leg a little in the air.
Then stretch your penis along your thigh (opposite of the leg in the air).
Then cross your legs, however is comfortable for you, as long as the stretch is maintained.
No more tossing and turning, no more readjusting. And it’s just straight up comfortable.

Been doing those for three weeks, I like them. I found it also to be a good way to rewarm during manual exercises like stretching to make sure it stays malleable.
So your crossing your legs with your penis in between? I think this is what your describing. If this is it, then I can’t do it. I can not cross my legs that way, they are two big and it causes to much discomfort. Please correct me if I am attempting to do these wrong.
