I have never been to sure of the advantages of wearing a cockring for PE purposes.

Would it be advantageous to wear a cockring after a girth session to keep a bit more blood in the penis than normal?

How tight should it be? How long can it be worn before taking off and getting new blood in the penis?

Are those jelly ones any good?

I own and use cock rings , and love them .

I do often wear a flexible ring , or rings , after a girth session , when my flaccid is too large for me to wear my Montys PE Weights .

As far as tightness , and how long you can wear it , you are going to have to gauge that yourself , but you want blood to be able to flow , you just want to slow it down .

The jelly rings , in my experience are too soft to do much at all , for a soft ring , I would go with silicon .

Jelly/silicon cock rings are great, I favour the Mega Stretch Cock ring. They come in various thicknesses and you can wear 2 or 3 at a time for better restriction. There’s loads of info about them in my Clamping thread somewhere.

I have incorporated them into my PE routine, mostly as a cementing program after clamping sessions, but I’d recommend getting yourself some regardless of PE..:up:

How long do you keep it on before taking it off and putting it back on again, does the 15 minute rule apply here?

Personally , I will wear a soft ring all day at work .

When I go to the bathroom , I give my unit a good massage to make sure things are flowing .

But I am very well conditioned at this point , I routinely wear three of Monty’s PE Weights for seven hours at a stretch ( no pun intended ) with no wrap .

If you are wearing a tight ring, like the Mega-Stretch silicone rings, you can usually wear them for 15 or 20 minutes (depending on the constriction and your level of conditioning), before it starts to get cold from lack of blood flow.

The cold feeling is your cue to take it off do a stretch and a light jelq or two and warm it up.

The less constrictive silicone or gelee rings you can usually wear longer.

In my case I pump I wear the Mega-Stretch for 20 minutes, do a few jelqs and then slip on the lower tension gelee rings, which I can wear for hours. If I notice it getting a little cool feeling I slip into the bathroom and jelq a bit, then resume.

You want to avoid the cold feeling. It’s a negative PI telling you “not enough blood flow.” It’s bad.

Mr. Happy, how do you keep it from sliding toward the head of your penis? I have tried wearing those and it is comfortable at the base, but since my base is large, it slides forward. Suggestions?

Blue Nun, I tried cock rings for pe and they didn’t work for me because they are so narrow. Instead I use a little piece of wrap (1” of water heater pipe insulation) and then tie a string around it. I tie it tight enough to restrict the flow of pee when I urinate, but not to cut off the flow. So if I have to push a little to pee, that’s the perfect tightness for me. If I can’t pee, it’s too tight. I wear it during my commute in the morning and evening for about an hour, sometimes longer. After about 3 hours I get fluid build up in my foreskin and stop. You should try cockrings and ties to see what works for you.
