a day off ?
I started PE last September. I saw some good initial gains (if anything I was walking around feeling a little bit more meat). But according to theories/opinions/instructions from others, I would do 2 days on/ 1 day off then 3 days on/ 1 day off.
The problem is that I am the type of person that has to have momentum building to keep going. Taking that 1 day off makes it 100x easier for me to not do it the next day, which makes it 1000x easier to not do it the next, and next thing you know I take a break for 4 months.
So my question is, is there anybody out there who has seen gains who hasn’t taken a day off since they started this thing? I imagine i’ll get “forced” days off, but that shouldn’t hurt me as much as a voluntary day off.
