Thunder's Place

The big penis and mens' sexual health source, increasing penis size around the world.

A couple of articles that are sceptical towards P.E

The truth of the matter is that the medical profession tries to denounce and destroy anything which might cut in on their market: midwives, herbs, PE. Why would they possibly advocate a group of exercises that you can find out about for free, when they can sell you painful, risky, and unreliable surgeries. They will never support any kind of “do-it-yourself-health-care”. That’s just the truth. Id enough people find out about PE, they will try to get it banned like they are trying to do with herbs and stuff.

Agreed. The less men who take this seriously, the better off those of us who do will be.

I think the doctor is being overly conservative. Some guys do get injuried, but the injuries are usually mild and heal quickly.

The Hypocratic Oath says, first do no harm. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Docs deal with genuine medical problems, and they don’t consider an average or even smallish penis to be a geniune medical problem requiring attention.

On the other hand, the doctors do seem a little closed-minded. Their approach seems to be that PE is bogus unless they prove it’s true. That’s way over-broad, if not hubristic.

As someone who has gained over 1” of dick in each dimension, I can say with confidence that PE most assuredly does work. The arguments about internal bleeding, swelling, and whatnot are completely bogus. My dick is healthy and way bigger than it used to be.

That’s not to say that PE is without risks or side-effects. The primary side effects are discoloration (curable with laser or chemical peels), stretch marks, and a tendency for pubic hair to run down the length of the shaft, over a length roughly equal to your length gains.

This last problem is an annoyance but can be cured (I think) by stretching the skin, such as by regrowing foreskin. If that doesn’t work, there’s always the razor, wax, or laser hair removal.

Excuse me in advance for my terrible English, please.

I subscribe what SPARKYX wrote; often Doctors discover the bicycle (or the boiled-water) only when everybody is using it, and after decades of professoral argumentation as : “This can’t exist!” - “Why?” -“Because we don’t have proofs it exists!”.

We could add that PE has the same treatment, by doctors, that bodybuilding/strength-training had: “There are not proofs it could work and is very dangerous - if you want to get strong a)take this pills and stay relaxed or b) you don’t need to be stronger, god gave you all muscles you need “.

But what is really interesting, is that there aren’t logical/scientifical argumentation against PE in the articles quoted, and maybe some logical error:

“He says that only swelling, caused by bleeding under the skin, could explain the increases in penis size men like Thomas experience.” -
If there aren’t studies that could proove that PE work and how - there aren’t studies that could proove that it can’t work and why, so is a “non sequitur” that only bleeding could explain gains; and :made this Doc an examination of Thomas penis, to verify the assumption he made?

“This result would not be permanent, hence the need to follow a rigorous jelqing regimen indefinitely.” -
They began saying : “We don’t have proofs of results”; continued saying: “This results will disappear” : how can die what isn’t born? The need of permanent PEing for mantaining gains proove that gains exists or not?

“The idea that the smooth muscle of the penis can be exercised , like the biceps, is a myth. “Smooth muscle doesn’t respond that way” -
Smooth muscle can’t grow? THERE IS SOME PROOF OF IT? This Doc is saying this :a) the smooth muscles doesn’t react in the same way the other muscles do; b) SO smooth muscle can’t grow - seem to me that we have another “non sequitur”. Also, we PEers don’t exercise the penis IN THE SAMEWAY the boybuilder works biceps - and BB doesn’t milk their muscles to become bigger.

“”Smooth muscle doesn’t respond that way,” Lue says. In fact, stretching it can be harmful. For example, the bladder is smooth muscle. According to Lue, if you hold in urine so that the bladder expands too much, the tissue weakens. What’s more, Lue says, all the stretching, pulling, and squeezing might cause scar tissue to form in the penis, which could hinder a man’s ability to get an erection.” -
The same error I talked. Also, is non pertinent the argument that too much stress could harm the penis muscles : this reasoning resemble to this :”Too much weight will torn your tendons/bones/muscles; SO lifting weigths can’t make your muscles/tendons/bones bigger/stronger.”

“Another nonsurgical method to lengthen the penis is by employing devices (or one’s own hands) that pull at the glans of the penis for extended periods of time. This is known as traction; where tissues under continuous tension will undergo stretching. If the applied tension is too large injury to the tissues or nerves of the penis can result. This is not recommended because it can forcibly tear off the vessels and other neurogical nerves thereby reducing the erectile functions of the penis. ” -
Idem.

Now, the point of these articles, seem to me, is this : how can we proove that PE work? Maybe I am a dummy, but for me the simplest and cheapest way is this :”Try this stuff seriously for 1 year; measure carefully your penis; if you see gains, PE work FOR YOU; if you don’t see gains 1) You are making some mistake; 2) PE don’t work FOR YOU.”
Who care of the other men? You want enlarge YOUR penis, right?

Hmmmmm, maybe. But think how much less violence, frustration and anger there might be if the average guy could REALLY show his sweetheart a good time. By the way, the perfect proof that PE works already exists. Just look at a some 70s, 80s porn when Peter North and Ron Jeremy were the Size Kings. Check out the average size in those videos then look at what’s on the market today. Peter and Ron size is pretty unremarkable in today’s male porn star stable. You’ll have a hard time convincing me that all those guys got to that size naturally. PE works plain and simple.

Badbill, I’d like to know how much you credit Max-Xtender for your gains.

Well marinera unfortunately I wasn’t exactly running a controlled experiment, too many variables involved over the years. Here’s what I think happened. I pumped for many years. Lots of temporary gain but my wife was less than thrilled with me pumping every night before bedtime. Kinda’ took the spontaneity out of the event.

I was getting pretty frustrated and didn’t want to shell out a lot of money but stretching looked promising so I bought the Max. If I hadn’t done all the pumping I’m sure my gains would have come a lot harder and slower. So I give the Max credit for the gains but the pumping made them possible while suggesting you try one of the stretchers recommended here.

There are so many more efficient ways to gain and so many people’s experience to learn from that hopefully nobody will ever need to go through what I’ve gone through.

That said, I would do it all again to get where I am today. SO MUCH FUN with my sweetie, you just can’t imagine!! You won’t be able to appreciate it unless you experience it. Hang in there, IT IS WORTH IT!

*applause* :)

Haven’t PE’d in over a year. I lost a bit off of both length and girth from my largest size but then I never bothered with a maintenance routine either. I kept most of my gains and have no doubt I could regain the rest if I ever got motivated to start back up.

Running a Massive Co-Front.

Thank for your answer, badbill.

I'm proof

Regardless of what anybody says, I’m proof that PE works. I’m 5 foot- 4 inches tall, and weigh about 115 pounds (to put this into perspective). I started PE in oct. 2009. At that time I was exactly 6 inches bpel. Now about 16 months later, I’m 7 7/8 inches bpel. Thats 1 7/8 inches gain. So for me, it’s worked fine. I plan on continuing until 9 inch bpel max. Kinda just to see if I can at this point. J.

Then you should tell these guys Is a 2 inch gain possible?. Also congratulations! Nice work.

What is the discoloration (darkening of the penis over time) associated with jelqing attributed to? Could that be evidence of bleeding under the skin?

On and off since 2007

Started (October 2007) at: 5.5 BPEL x 4.75 EG

Last Did PE (March 2012) at: 6.00 BPEL x 5 EG

Blood is forced into the lower layers of the epithelia (skin), this then becomes trapped, the cells die and the pigment remains. The amounts are very small, but build up over time. That is the theory at least, there are plenty of threads on this, so do a search. The firegoat roll is a technique to counter this effect.

growing9: From my reading it is more associated with Clamping.

I don’t recall seeing any(?) threads about discoloration with Jelqing
