6 week break, how to stay in "shape"

Early next month I have an operation to remove a bilateral (both sides) hydrocele. I have talked to my urologist about this and the fact that I do PE. He said that I will need to take a minimum of 4 weeks off and 6 weeks before I can get back into dry jelqs and clamping. Is there anything that I could do during this time to keep my penis in shape so I cna get back into my routine quicker after the 6 weeks? I plan on kegeling as soon as it is safe/painless but that is all I can think of. If anyone has ideas that would be great.

Please explain the hydrocele- the bilateral was the easy part.

What’s the parameters of post-op regarding mellow stretching and Thera-P flaccid wrap? Perhaps they can sneak in under the wire.

If I weren’t able to jelq or tug for 6 weeks and I wanted to keep any gains I had made, I’d go out t and buy some Vahard or some other male enhancement supplement to keep maximum blood flow going all day.

I wouldn’t do anything. Just use the time as a decon break. Any losses will be recouped within a week or two. And you can often make newbie-like gains when you return.

I think that is what I am going to do. Just kegel a lot and once the 6 weeks are done get back into my full routine.

I agree. You should not start too soon if your urologist tells you to take a break. There are some people who even have gained during breaks if I am remembering correctly.


Starting size: 5.5" NBPEL x 4.3" EG (started march 2003)

Current size: 7.3" x 5.3" (measured 14th of june 2006)

Goal: 8" x 6" (Routine: 10 min dry jelq every other day)
