5 Most Effective Exercise For You

Name your 5 most effective exercises with 1 being the most effective, and name next to the exercise what it helped most girth or length?

1. Hanging

2. ADS

Good for length.

That’s all I do, although the Power Jelq is pretty effective for girth (so I guess that would be #3) but I don’t really ever jelq.

#4 Would have to be clamping because, for me, that’s all that’s left (and I’ve not yet started serious girth-work).

5. Pump (basically because it’s the only other exercise I do).

I have gained close to 2 inches with pretty much just manual stretches and jelqing.

Most of my gains came in the 3rd month from jelqing, but I think those are just noobie gains so I’d say after those, the real gains have gone like

3) Inverted stretch
4) Jelq Squeeze
5) Manual Stretch

4) Horse 440 Squeeze

5) ADS

1) BTC/SD manual stretching (erect length)

2) Fowfers (flaccid length)

3) Dry Jelqs (girth)

4) Amazing isometrics (erect length)

Right now I just do 10 minutes of downward stretches per day, but I gained most of my length doing 25 minutes, 5 days per week (4 mins up, down, left, right, forward and “cranking”). I also gained some decent length on the newbie routine.
