3 months, need help

3 months, need help

Though my length is only a little more than 6 inches my girth is barely 4.5, and less than 4 at the base. Anyway I’ve been PEing for 3 months with no gains at all. All i care about is GIRTH, not length. Can someone please give me a very efficient girth routine. I’ll do whatever it takes, i even started taking penis pills. Here has been my routine:

My July routine:
15 min hot wrap, 5 min stretches, 25 min Manual Jelquing, 15 min hot wrap
3 days on 1 day off, 2 days on 1 day off

August:
15 min hot wrap, no stretching (cause I only care about girth), 40 min Power Jelquing, 15 min hot wrap
3 days on, 1 day off, 3 days of, 1 day off
ADDED VigRx

Sepetember:
15 min hot wrap, 10 min stetches, 20 min power jelquing 15 min hot wrap
Every Other day.

Currently still taking VigRx, and adding HORSE 440’s (which kinda scare the hell out of me).

Any help is very well appreciated as condoms seem to slip off my penis during sex. And I repeat, I’m in this for Girth not length.

If I were in your postion, here’s what I would do.

1. Drop the post-workout hot wrap.
2. Reduce your pre-workout hot wrap to 5 mintues.

Next, I’d work though the following list. I’d start slowly and gradually build up the volume. I’d only move up to the next level once gains had stopped. Use the search button and read up on each. Use at your own risk.

1. Jelq. 30 - 45 minutes.
2. Manual Uli’s and squeezes.
3. Uli/girth wraps.
4. Extreme Uli’s using mechanical device (Bib hanger, homemade Uil’s thing, or any of the various clamps that have been mentioned recently).
5. Weighted extreme Uli’s using a Bib hanger.

How often should i do my exercises? 6 days a week? Every other day? I understand that if I am sore it’s necessary to take a day or two break, but what is the best amount?

What ever happened to the good ol’, on a regular basis changing (every month) workout regimen without all these devices and gadgets. It reminds me of those late-night infomercials, an “unbelievable” gadget delivering “unbelievable” results.

Don’t get me wrong folks, if it works for you, by all means, use it but be careful.

Skinnyguy: Drop the pills. They don’t work in anything but emptying your wallet and that they do very efficiently.

Patiency, patiency… Three months is nothing in terms of girth gains. Many people don’t even start gaining lenght by that time! I encourage you to keep stretching. If you stretch, that doesn’t mean that you are taking that away from your girth gains, actually, I have reason to believe that stretching actually supports girth gains.

How do you jelq? Dry or wet? How intense? How long does it take to do one “stroke”? How does your penis feel/look after a jelqing session?

When you feel ready, feel free to add jelqing time. From 25 minutes to 30 and from 30 to 35, up to 45-60 minutes, but be careful, slowly let your penis to adapt. You don’t want to injure yourself and in 3 months your dick hasn’t been conditioned enough to jump right into heaviest routines.

You should do your exercises every day if you can. When your dick is sore or otherwise it seems like not ready for a new session, rest.

Here’s your answer….NO!

Don’t waste your money on “unbelievable” magic pills. If they were for real and would make your dick larger they’d sell for millions, not $59.95 for a months supply.

The ONLY one that worked for me is not really an enlargement pill rather than a supplement promoting sexual desire…..in other words, it makes you want to bang the shit out of every female that’s walking by. Patience

To emphaise the patience point - I have been jelqing maybe 2 - 3 times a week for a year and have only recently put on a bit over 1/4 inch when i upped the frequency a bit.

People really need to look at this in terms of years, not months.

First of all, I just ordered 2 more bottles of VigRx (Doh!). Maybe I’ll send them back for the refund, but I guess they’ll at least aid me with erections and they seem safe.

So, I guess I’ve just been getting a little impatient with gains after 3 months, so for now I’m just gonna keep at it. “Base”, thank you especially for your response, perhaps I am not ready for the more intense exercises, and I should stick to stretches and Jelquing for a while. the problem with my penis is, the base where my scrotum connects to my penis, is almost 5 in in girth, BUT if you go up a little bit my lower shaft is only 3.5 inches in girth, and when you go higher towards the head,it’s back up to 4.5, giving it a strange hour glass effect. Have you guys seen any solutions to this, because I have been searching for a while.

One more question….i believe my tunica is real small…..because the underside of my penis mainly near the base is very weak, and does not have that big muscle that I always see in other penises. Any suggestions for strengthening it, or enlarging it? thanks

anyway here’s my routine for the next month:
Everyday unless sore:
10 min Hot wrap
10 min stretches in all directions
15-20 min of fast forward Jelq
20-25 min of slow hard power jelqs, also doing these in different directions to get pull and stretches on sides.
(maybe a couple Horse 440’s once in a while, if it feels ok)
10 min hot wrap

To each is own. If that process work best for you, then that is what you should do. My advice to him was based on a couple of observations:

1. A lot of newbies, fall into the trap trying to apply bodybuilding principles to PE. That is a mistake. While they do share some aspects, the principles that govern effective bodybuilding are not the same as those that govern effective PE…particularly the neurological factors.

2. Many guys like the intellectual adventure of constantly thinking about and tinkering with different routines. And while there’s certainly no harm in it, I haven’t seen any evidence that it’s a necessary condition for making gains. A lot of guys have made impressive gains sticking with simple, straight-forward, yet effective, routines for extended periods of time.

As for “devices and gadgets”, they are in no way a necessary component. IOW, if you can get your gains without them, it is not necessary to move up to those levels. The value I see in them is twofold. First, they allow you to generate high intensity for extended periods of time. When applied properly, they can help break through the limiting factors beyond what most guys are capable of and/or willing to do manually. Second, the are very time efficient. Each set requires only a few minutes of your actual time and attention. The rest of the time you are free to do other things. Bottom line, they are a cheap, easy and efficient way to manipulate both sides of the time and intensity equation.

mine’s around your’s too and no condoms has ever slipped out during sex. I don’t buy specific size condoms. I just grab and go…
