Hi TP Members!!!

It’s been exactly three months since I started doing my PE exercises. Throughout that time I’ve tried to be consistent, however last month wasn’t to consistent for me, and as a result of it I probably did 1 day ON 2 days OFF than the opposite. Nevertheless, during my Newbie Routine period I noticed some major changes, like a little bigger penis and more veins on it, also the erections are harder, in other words I’m satisfied with the results so far. I’M A BELIEVER!
Now, my question is, what’s next? Since I’ve conditioned my penis and an injury is unlikely although you can never be too careful, what should I do next? My routine at the three months mark was:

5 min Warm up
10 x 45 sec stretches
20 min of wet jelq
5 min warm up
50-100 keg els( depends on the mood)


What should I considered doing next? I heard clamping, hanging, etc. But these exercises are all new to me. Also should I consider buying any device, like Penimaster or something? Just to add to that my main concern is LENGTH. Thank you in advance for all the feedback

If you are still gaining from the newbie routine, I wouldn’t change anything, except increasing the intensity gradually. If you are aiming at more length then you should increase the streching time.

I also think that you should spare more time on stretching.Try to do various stretching exercises.

What the other members said and how much exactly id you gain? Your PE stats show from May. Oertime if you see need, add advanced exercises.

The erection level increase in the beginning seems to be , more than penis growth itself, the coolest thing about the first 1-3 months.

First of all, congrats on your gains Audio!

Maybe you should focus on stretching in downward directions? Diverse your routine by adding v-stretches. It’s up to you. IMO, hold on to basic exercises as long as you see any progress.

It’s up to you. But I’m saying that I would only use a device only when yo have exhausted your newbie gains and any other gains from advanced exercises.

I have a question and I didn’t want to open a new topic because it was probably covered many times, but I don’t really know what’s the correct answer. HOW LONG YOU HAVE TO WAIT AFTER YOUR PE WORKOUT BEFORE YOU CAN MASTURBATE? I’ve heard many opinions on this one, but my main concern is that I don’t want to slow down my growth by masturbating to early and ejaculating. Please help.

Every guy here can post his own formula (which, probably, work for him). If you believe that masturbating affect gains, try to avoid it after sessions. Just recall your 3-D motto :)

You can jack off as soon as your session is over if you want. But the thing that I have noticed personaly is that if I jack off before my session (any time, it can be hours before), then my dick is really sensitive and I can’t jelq as forceflly as I want to. If I do it too soon after, then my dick usually hurts for the next couple hours. But all in all I don’t think that masturbation after PE will slow down gains. To be sure, just leae mastrabatiion out on your PE days or 3-4 hours before or after your session.
