200 slow jelqs too much?
When I do my jelqs (dry jelqs), I do them so that it take me 10 seconds to go from the base to the head of my unit. When I first started these, I’d do 50 of them. Then, one day last week I decided to do 75. A couple days later, 100. The next day I did 200 and I’ve been doing that many for the past couple of training days (I do PE sessions MWF). Since I do these jelqs relatively slowly by comparison to other jelqs, is 200 per session too many?
