Is this too many? I mean what is the ideal amount of times? How many times a day do you clamp? and is it working?

Are you mad? I’m not even sure guys like Big Girtha do 20 sets a day! It’s a pretty intense routine.

That’s what i would think you’d want to read.

Clamping’s a pretty serious business, injury risk is high compared to jelqing/stretching routines so take care. I want to do it but i’m going to leave it until say January at least (ie a few months of regular exercises first).

Is this 20 1 hour sessions?

The penis need time to heal, 20 clamping sessions leaves to little time for healing.

20 :eek2: how long will each one be? If your doing 15 minute sessions I can’t imagine more than 3

I can sometimes do 3 or four sets a day on Sat and Sun; rarely get a chance on weekdays. 20 sounds like a full time job, and since my dick doesn’t make money…I guess I’ll stick to what I can do wwith the time I got.

I’ve done up to 5-6 on occasional days, but twice a day regularily is working like a charm :D

2-3 10 min. Sessions for a new guy is fine. Even 1 10 min. Session for the first week or so is good.

Depends on your PE experience. But not 20 sessions in a day.
