Well it’s been a week without pe.

I am happy to say that everything is the same.

6 1/2” bpl x 5.

I went steady through since Feb.

So 7 straight months got me nothing in length.

But a 1/4” in girth.

I have gained in length a long time ago, but I can’t seem to break that plateau.

Which is why I’m doing this break.

And I will concentrate on length exercises when the break is done.

I will give it another week or 2 before I start over.

I just really hope it all stays.

I am now at the 5 week break point and will probably go for at least 2 months. My discoloration has really faded and my erection strength has never been better and I just love my flaccid hang. The break has been nothing but good for me. The only thing that might be considered just a little PE during this time is wearing a cockring for masturbation that maxes me out for 20 minutes or so.

I was going to go a month.

But I don’t feel I need to.

It’s not like I’ve gone a year or two without a break.

So I think a few weeks will work.

And I hear what your saying about being hard.

My erections are topping out, it’s great.

The only thing pe wise that I am doing, is a 3 on 1 off routine of Monteys pe weights.

I only wear one, just to keep it from turtling.

But it’s light enough to not cause a stretch.

As far as my discoloration.

That is what I’m using for a time table.

It’s lightening back up, but if it is still dark after 3 weeks, then I may do the whole month. Thanks for the reply Gprent.

You guys will be glad you decided to take a decon break. Just a little tip; stay away from PE while on deconditioning break. The idea behind a decon break, in my opinion, is to get rid of connective tissue. If you keep pulling or squeezing your penis (no matter how “gentle” you do it) you will slow down this process. Things you should not do during a decon break; PE. Things you should do during a decon break; have sex and work the rest of your body.

Just my two cents.

Although I was under the impression that 1 pe weight wouldn’t be considered enough to do anything except keeping it from turtling.

But I want this to be done right, so if I turtle for the next couple weeks, oh well.

Got to break this fucking plateau!

Time for my first ever big decondition break. Let’s see what happens… All I know is I want to come back to PE after about 2-3 months as smart as possible and not fuck up (meaning which form of PE do I do, and with which devices and or methods). If I do mess up well then it’s back to the drawing board and another decon break may be needed but seriosuly like I stated in a thread earlier for me I am in this until I at least reach a 8x6. I have my whole life ahead of me and as long as I don’t get too impaitent and jump the gun too many times I can make this work I believe.

I hope it works out for you too.

I plan on trying Babbis routine fresh off the break in a few weeks.

It is a very light routine, and if nothing happens from it, I increase to a different routine.

I don’t want the ever popular 8x6 myself.

7”nbp x anything over 5.5” in girth and I’m happy.

Get some cement on those gains. Fade the ADS until turtling isn’t happening; then get drunk, get laid and decon 24/7.

This is the golden ticket LoveMachine. The decon break is the first step but it will not help at all if you do not train smart when you come back.

pocopeepee, start working out. Set your self a workout goal for this period and go for it! Forget about PE, you will not be doing it for a while! Put some serious effort into getting into better shape. Take up running, swimming, mountain climbing, something!
