I’m glad to hear that you are getting back on the wagon. You have had a great year. Girth gains should come for you.

Remember this - you were 5.7 EL and I was 5.5. Now with us both over 7.5, isn’t it so much better? Just think if we get to 9.

Yes, I’m back on the bandwaggon. I’ve actually hung the past two days! Yes, the progess has been great…it feels so much better to have a bigger package. I feel with a new aggressive approach I can get to nine inches next year no problem. Whenever I get Bib’s uli thing made( i have the materials), I look forward to seeing what it does for my girth. So I will see you in the 9 inch club Jelktiod. I can’t believe I’m speaking of having a 9 inch dick…this PE stuff is amazing…i think I take it for granted now because it has worked so well.

Our girth is about the same now, though you packed on more in the first year than I did. My goal is also 5.5” We’ll eventually get there, one way or another.

You are overworking if you begin to feel pain. You should never feel pain from a PE workout. You are overworking if you begin to lose the ability to get a rock hard erection. That means you penis isn’t recovering from your workouts and you may need to add more rests days. Also, when you have continuous soreness in your penis (like that sore feeling from working out), you may need to take a couple of days off to recover.

You are underworking if you aren’t getting to the fatigued state. I’m referring specifically to hanging. Your gains come from reaching the fatigued state and pushing on through the next limiting factor. If you aren’t hanging heavy enough weights, or taking the correct angles, or putting in enough sets you will not reach fatigue and thus limit gains.

The fatigued feeling is a slight soreness in your penis. YOu can tell that you have been “working out”. If feels like that feeling you have when you go to the gym for the first time. You become very conscious of your muscles, etc. I was not getting fatigued in the later portions of my program because I wasn’t increasing sets or the amount i weight I hung. But after this long break and only after three days of hanging I have some serious fatigue going on now. I can feel the ligs burning from the base all along the shaft. This is only with hanging ten pounds for three sets. Before my extended break. I could hang 18lbs for up to three hours and not get the fatigued feeling. Hope that answers your questions.

I don’t hang and never plan to. If a fatigued state is required in order to get gains, how exactly can I be sure to always reach this state and push through each limiting factor if I only do manual stretching and never do any hanging?

Limiting factors, as explain by Bib, are things that keep you from making gains..i.e. ligs that can handle 11 pounds in weight BTW angle…in order to break this barrier you need to go over 11 pounds to move on to the next limited factor and pursue more gains….this is the advantage of hanging in that you can accurately gauge the amount of pressure you are putting on the ligs, skin, etc.

With jelqing you need to play with different positions with your grip, overhand…underhand, etc to see what works best for you. Then you need to gradually increase either the intensity of your jelqing sessions of the length in order to fatigue or stretch the penis. You must constantly provide a stimulus to produce growth…much like weightlifting; however, in this case, you aren’t dealing with muscles. I hope that answers your questions.

that answers my questions pretty well! I first thought you got lig soreness from jelqing and not just hanging, that´s what threw me off a bit. Since I just can´t seem to get lig soreness from stretching and jelqing.

You got such good gains from manual exercises only i the beginning, so I focused on that part.

A 2 inch gain on length and 3/4 on girth is just phenomenal. it is an inspiration to every one of us PE’ers.

I am still amazed and I just wonder if there is any maximum to the growth potential. Is doubling your size after years of hard work actually possible?

If you reach your goal of 9” after this year you would be close to doing that and it truly is amazing.
