1 year break over, back at it again!

I finally finished my 1 year break from PE and I’ve started back with the newbie routine that I first used. During my year off I lost about 1/2” in length and 1/8” in girth. Glad that’s all I lost. It’s good to know that I was able to maintain about 70% of my original gains without doing any PE exercises. I’m pretty confident that I’ll be able to regain that loss fairly soon but my real hope is to add additional growth, like I did when I first started PE. Honestly that’s the whole reason for the break. I had great initial gains when I started (all gains were during first 6 months) but gains completely stopped and for the following year and a half I saw no results. I even tried many different routines and exercises. I plan on staying on the newbie routine and not doing any measurements until I’ve completed 3 months of PE.

Current stats are BPEL: 5.75, EG: 5.385, EQ: 90-95%.
Stats 1 year ago BPEL: 6.25, EG: 5.5, EQ: 80%.

On another note, I also gained back 40 lbs of the 60 lbs I had lost two years ago so I’m working on that as well. I found that the discipline of doing PE regularly helped me greatly with the discipline of my diet and exercise back then. Ha-ha, wouldn’t that be funny if doing PE helped you loose weight too? Actually I had 2 knee surgeries and I just got lazy during the recovery period.

I am basically you in 6 months time, I took some time off after great gains, lost some..but now reaching what I was. What are your goals??. length, girth… or both

Oops, one correction in my stats. My EQ is currently 80% and was up between 90-95% a year ago when I started my break.

My lofty goals are to reach 8 X 6 but the more I think about it, the more unlikely I believe it is. It would be great if I could get to at least 7 X 5.75 though.

Just read your story man,.. can’t get over the harsh stories I hear on this thing some times.. even though I have a few myself.. a

Anyway I want to offer any help I can.? what materials or devices have you to work with? can you afford to buy somethings if you can’t make them?. what time in the day have you got to play around with? what is your current age?

Yeah, it’s quite a story, almost a novel. I appreciate your offer to help but for now I’m going to just do the newbie routine that I originally started with, 3 years ago. I’m 55 and don’t plan on using any equipment or devices. My hands do the job just fine. I messed around with hanging and clamping but didn’t get any results after many months of each. As a general rule, I start my routine around 5 a.m. and finish by 6 a.m. I do a 2 on, 1 off, 3 on, 1 off schedule. I’ll post my results after 3 months. At the very least I expect to get back to where I left off, but hoping that the 1 year decon break will spur on newbie growth. I gained a whole inch of length and half an inch in girth the first 3 months doing PE.

For what its worth Jelq stretch and extender gave me length & and a bit of girth.

Dry jelqs, hand clamps, clamping and pumping gave me girth . Actually clamping and pumping (separatelyof course) really worked for girth gains.

I’ve just signed in to show my face again and basically come back, too! Luckily I kept a rough log to see how my growth held! Shame on the shrinkage, hopefully it will come back quickly!


I did 1 jelq, why am I not 12" yet.

Lose the weight.. No way you lost 0.5 in length. It messes with your proper blood circulation. Lose the weight and you will magically be 6.25 and 5.5 again. Even without pe.

I have done some Jelqing exercises and they haven’t been working for me.. Any advice? I found a website that sells some enlargment products.. I bought one to try out.. Now I see some difference, not a lot but at least I can see.

Here’s the routine I do now, and did to get my initial gains. It’s from a different site which I found quite a while before I discovered Thunders Place.

I gained almost 1.5 inches in length and .5 inch in girth doing this routine alone.

I don’t use a hot wash cloth as the instructions suggest. I prefer to use a heated up rice sock and I believe it works much better. As far as the supplements I take a multi-vitamin, L-Argenine (1000 mg), Zinc (50 mg), and Saw Palmetto (keeps me from waking up to pee 4 times a night).

After I had put in around 120 days doing the newbie routine I started hanging in anticipation of getting quicker growth. Worst thing I ever did in regards to PE. I never really gained anything after that. After 6 months of hanging for more than an hour every day, and not seeing any results, I switched to clamping for about 9 months. Although I really enjoyed clamping, I never gained anything from that either. Both of those are much more time consuming and more strenuous on your penis than manual stretching and jelqing. Between hanging and clamping I did try several other routines and even took a 3 month decon break but nothing produced results. I should have stayed with the newbie routine only. I took a whole year off to allow my penis to hopefully return to it’s pre-PE state (conditioning wise, not size wise), with the hopes that starting back with the newbie routine, and that only, I’d get the newbie gains again. If I do see similar results I should grow about 1 inch in length and .5 inch in girth over the next 4 months.

I’m not so sure that the fleshlight is a penis enlargement device. Seems to me it’s more for masturbation however I can see how it could help with regards to edging. Using penis enhancement devices may work for some people but I plan on sticking to manual exercises.

Everybody has different results with various exercises. What works for me may not work for you. You just have to start with something, be consistent, and give it a LOT of time. Nothing happens overnight. If I hadn’t obsessed over doing PE, I don’t think I’d have ever seen results.

It’s a good routine. Similar to mine. Except I do dry jelqs. More intense, less time needed.


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

First 2 weeks complete. Conditioning stage is over, forgot about that when I first started. Kind of like going to the gym and working out after not working out for months.

Always hear about some people responding to light PE work, and some to heavy PE (hanging/clamping), some both. Maybe your just the first
