1 Month 1/4" Length & 1/8" Girth Challenge

OK guys, I think this could be done. I’m gonna start setting short term goals for myself. The dimensions Ive listed will be very hard to get, especially both in a particular month, but its what I’m going for right now. Who is with me in accepting this challenge? I admit, mid March I got a little sloppy, life it, and PE suffered a tad, yet I still made gains. I think if I’m 100% focused this month, I can make those kind of gains, I think you guys can too.

Let me know if your in, we can all measure at the beginning of next month and see where we are at.

Primary goal: To have an EQ above average (i.e. streetsmart, compassionate about life and happy) Secondary goal: to make an anagram of my signature denoting how I feel about my gains

I will take this challenge with you, my PE is kind of suffering right now only been able to do 6 sets a day lately and not reaching fatigue.

I am not going to push beyond my limits though. So we begin May 1st?.

This would be a good idea for me, because if it worked, I’d hit 9 X 6.

Thanks, you are right that gains come when they come, but if you make a theoretically possible, but obviously difficult goal, it tends to help drive your workout intensity when jelqing, how firm you hold those stretches, not cutting out a minute or two early on a hanging set, getting in an extra kegal during a clamping routine, and I think all these are good things, to help push the envelope. If I actually hit this goal I’ll feel like a great, if I don’t, I’ll be happy I pushed myself this month as far as I can.

Im in, Im not going to switch up my routine or anything but maybe a mental commitment is what I need to get to 5” MSEG. If the length comes than cool, but I will focus purely on girth. See you guys on the other side!


Starting 10/08 - 7.125" EL x 4.5" MSEG

As of 12/08- 7.5" EL x 4.75" MSEG

As of 1/19/08 - 7.75" bpel(previous 7.5" was due to inaccurate ruler) x 4.875" MSEG

Yeah, this is more of a mental commitment than anything, I’m certainly not condoning people to drastically change their routines. Maybe slightly up the intensity and duration a little, but nothing major. Glad your on board!

I’d never take up a challenge like this because the body has a way of doing the opposite of what you want it to do when you put time limits on it. I’m just happy to plod along doing my routine & seeing what comes along the way in whatever time it takes.

Always remember ‘PE is a marathon NOT a sprint!’

If you treat it like anything else you will burn yourself out,get injured,get frustrated and ultimately give up.Saying all that, I wish you the very best of luck and hope you achieve everything you set out to do.


Starting stats:- Dec11th2008 7.2"bpelx6" meg.Mar23rd09 8.375"bpel x 6.125"meg. Mar10 8.4" bpelx6.125" meg.

I see where your coming from KJ but the way i look at it is nothing will change with what im doing. If I haven’t made growth by the end of the month im not going to to clamped squeezes for 4 hours a day in the last week to make the gains. Hell I haven’t even measured in 4 weeks i could very well be 5” MSEG but I havent felt that much of an increase in size. What ill do is measure my girth at the end of this month and just hope for the best! Maybe some length will come, but Ive cut out all manual stretching from my routine just because it has gotten to an hour and 15 already.

Your lucky, including breaks, I’m spending about 4 1/2-5 hours a day PEing. Hanging takes up the lions share at 3 hours (6x20 minute sets, with about 10 minutes between sets), I jelq for another 30-45 minutes, I’ll stretch for another 30-40 minutes and sometimes I’ll clamp for 20-30 minutes, but that isn’t everyday. Time certainly does add up, but it still doesn’t seem like its enough.

I realize that, but when I come home in the summer, it looks like I’ll be hooking up with a girl I’ve been wanting for a while and I want to bring my A game all the way around.
