1 inch or more without being fat or obese

I am 5,75 inches BPEL ,but, only 4,9 inches NBPEL , almost an inch in fatpad without being obese or a lot overweight.

I am 6’ 1” and 180 lbs.

I am planning to loose my belly , i’m just a bit overweight.

I noticed a fat pad issue as well and believe gains in size can be made just by reducing it. I think you will gain in length when you lose the weight. I am going to lose 5 kilos and see what happens.

How much weight and how much fatpad?

About 30 pounds of body weight and probably a half inch of fat pad, which even tough I,m bone pressing, makes it difficult to get a comparably accurate measurement from when I began PE.

Not only has my fatpad increased, but my ligaments seem to have flaired somewhat and combined with my fatpad make it seem as if measurement has been blocked significantly from the pubic bone unless I push painfully hard. And I’m not about to start doing that in order to find an extra 1/4”.

I’m going to begin a weight loss program over the winter and get my weight back close to where it was three years ago, which I think is the only reasonable way to get past the fatpad issue.

I am currently 6.5” BPEL and 5.6”NBPEL. I am 5”10 and I weigh 200 lbs. I lift weights at least 5 days a week. So my body is mostly muscle although I am working on slimming my waist, but I’m a relatively thinner guy and my fat pad gives me a. 9” difference. I am dieting so hopefully my fat pad decreases. I would have thought losing that much weight would have shown by a reduced fat pad and even a slight increase in length due to it.

When ever I lost a good amount of weight in the past it always looked bigger to me but I thought it was an illusion and never measured.

I guess to really know one would have to measure length as one lost weight without doing PE. I don’t think anyone in this forum wants to do that though.

I recently lost 30lbs and to be honest I haven’t noticed much of a difference.

5/09/09 currently sat at 5.5bp" bp x 4.25 eg. Long term goal would be 7.5nbp x 6 eg

My fat pad used to be 0.9” now it’s 0.5”

I’ve lost 0.4” of fat pad while loosing 45 lbs.


Start: 8 BPEL- 7.5 NBPEL - 5.5 midEG

Current: 8.6 BPEL - 8 NBPEL - 5.8 midEG

i’m gonna sound like a fucking girl here,
but are you eating a lot of heavy starches \ gluten containing foods
and \ or a lot of processed foods?

All three are known to be linked to higher concentrations of belly fat.

Cut out gluten containing foods (rice, pasta, bread, etc)
reduce your starch and sugar intake,
stop eating processed foods,

and you will see that shit disappear, QUICKLY.

I’ve got almost 1 inch of fat pad in spite of having fairly low body fat. I’d guess I’m under 15% of body fat right now. It is a mistery to me too.

Maybe pontius’ suggestion could work.

When I first started PEing (for real, I’ve been on and off for years), I weighed 180ish lbs at 5’4”. My NBPEL was 5.5in, and my BPEL varied from 7.25in to a little under 7.5in. This was back in July. Now, I weight 151lbs and have a NBPEL of 6.3-4ish, and a BPEL of 7.75-85. I still have a fair amount of weight to lose due to my short stature, but believe me, losing weight is a great ally for PE. It gives you more room to jelq and use different PE techniques like Ulis and horse440s.

Actually you just have to measure the difference in NBPEL and BPEL over time. The variability in that from just different compression techniques is bigger than the changes I’ve had.

I’ve had a big drop in body fat, it’s just that in that area it hasn’t reduced appreciably. I even started getting the beginnings of abs and cum gutters. However the pad around the bush is pretty much the same.
