Ok, I wanted to post this in the main members section but couldn’t post in there for some reason, so anyways I’ll post it here to give you newbs some insperation. This is my 3rd try at PE after I first started in 08 and hit a plateau. I gained 1/2 inch in the first 6 months then the gains stopped for the next few months so I quit. Then I started up again in 2010 and still didn’t gain anything and quit again after 3 months. I ended up at 7.75 bone pressed but was dying to hit the 8 even but couldn’t. I came back here just to check things out and got motivated again. I did more research and came up with a good plan and different exercises. what I have been doing now is 20 min. aided V-stretches and 15 min water pumping. I stretch within an hour as I wake up daily, Then water pump at night. Before the stretches, I first warm up for 10 mins. (cock in cup) then I dry my self off really good, then I wrap my penis in bandage wrap, then a silicone sleeve over that. I get an excellent stretch doing this with no slippage or finger fatigue. I use a mini bat as the aid, it is the length of a drumstick but is shape as a baseball bat. I suppose using a drumstick would be fine to use. I do this 3 days on and 1 day off. Now I am at 8.25”. This is all length gains, my girth varies +-.25” so I cant really tell if I’ve made any gains there. I believe my length gains came from the stretching. My focus right now is just length anyways. Whats great about this is that I don’t get finger or hand fatigued and I can sit on my bed doing this while watch tv and time flies by. I’m not constantly looking at the time because my fingers aren’t fatigued. I will try to post pics on exactly how I’ve been doing this when I get a chance.

I got inspired my Bennetts post here to do these stretches, I believe he used his hands and did short routines throughout the day and thats ok but I prefer my way if your going to strech for a longer time in a sitting.

miami, I am unclear of how you are stretching without getting fatigue in your hands. I get that you are wearing a bandage and a silicone sleave. But what exactly are you doing to get tension in you dick in a way that is different from regular manual stretching?

Congrats on the gains but I am a little confused about your girth gains. Have you made a half inch gain?

I do each stretch 30 seconds to 2 minutes long. I don’t really check the time as I just sit in front of the tv doing them. I will post pics as soon as I get a chance.

I made a 1/2 inch gain in length doing these aided V stretches and it’s been 2 months so far. I will see how this month goes (February)
