Hmm, I’m just wondering what your opinion is on what order jelq and stretch should be done?

First stretch then jelq for length, the other way around for girth.

I am sure you will get an answer for both combinations, but I much prefer stretch and then jelq.

Well, I have been doing the stretch then jelq, but sometimes after jelq I stretch a bit and it stretches much more then before jelq, BUT I kinda feel that it only stretches at the base, and not the entire penis. Can anyone confirm that, any other theories?

I like to jelq in the morning and to stretch before I go to bed. Works great for me.

Powpow, how long?! How many days on and off, and how much have you gained in how much time? Details, details :P.

In the beginning, I used to only stretch. I gained 3cm in about a month by only doing three stretches of 5 min each. After that I hitted a length plateau (jelqing got me some girth but no length). With this routine, I broke the plateau and gained 1cm in first week.

Routine was: 30-40 min of very low erection level jelqs in the morning.
Night: 3 stretches of 5 min each: one pointing slightly down, one straight out and one slightly up.

when I started this routine, it had been over a year since I did any kind of stretching exercises. I definitely think that the ligs can «renew» themselves allowing newbie gains again.

Right now I’m trying a low effort routine:
jelqing in the morning 2-3 times a week alternating very long session (45-60) with shorter ones.
I will also be doing my three stretches 2-3 times a week.

I think in this upcoming month I may try this longer stretch deal since I have gained none.

Jesus! 3cm in a month!! That must be some sort of record. For those that don’t know 3cm ~ 1 1/8 inch and 1cm ~ 3/8 inch, I’m stoked if I get 1cm in 2 months of hardcore fulcrum hanging and jelqing. You must have some type of super elastic dick.

Could I ask how old are you? What is your diet like? Any supplements? How hard did you pull the stretches?

I'm pissed of with my gains and loses. I've been doing this for more than 4 years. I keep measuring wrong and the next time I update my signature you will see impressive results.

Right now, I’m 25 but back when I started this experimental PE, I was 19.
Routine was simple: 150 kegels in the morning.
Night: I did 75 stretch kegels. I did them very slow and hard (took me between 10 and 15min depending on motivation). Then I did my 3 stretches for 5 min each. I pull very hard when I do them. In fact, I’d say that after a little bit of conditioning and getting over the fear of riping my dick off, I pulled as hard as I possibly could. It makes my grip slip slowly but I just take my grip again and pull until the 5 min. are over. I think that pulling hard is the secret to gaining because that’s only when I started to pull like a mad man that a started gaining length.

The only problem I now encounter with this routine is that the part of my dick where I place my grip get totally irritated and painful when I do them more than 2 days in a row. I must say that this did not happen to me back when I was 19. In fact I did the up-mentioned routine every day, or almost.

My diet right now is pretty much the same as it was back then: just good healthy home cooking. I try not to eat too much fat and I eat very little «bad foods».

Supplements: back then none. Right now 2x 2g of l-arginine. Works pretty good for me.

I was pretty amazed by the gains I got back then. But I must say that I stopped PEing for 2 years after that and lost half of my gains. I don’t know why but to regain what I had lost, it took me a good 6 months of jelqing and stretching (short stretches in many different directions).

Stretch kegel: you pull a kegel while stretching. You have to go with slow intense contractions when you do these.
