The Steady sustainable lengthening thread is related in that it is based on changes in BPFSL during a session. A quick summary of Cervixhunter’s method (which does not do it full justice) is to stretch for 15 minutes attempting to hit a target BPFSL measurement. When it is hit early in the session, the target is moved out. I was reminded of this when looking at your graphs.

Thanks - I’m glad to know of that thread. He certainly does a better job than I do of explaining. I’m more the wild-eyed creative type than a scientific researcher. (In fact, I’m probably lucky my dick still works ;-)

Wow I just want to say thank you for posting that knuckle stretch. I could never get a good grip to the point where it felt like I was actually stretching anything before. My skin is pretty loose and no grip ever worked. I tried hanging for a few months but I guess the weight was too low.

Anyways, I am going back to the originals. Jelqing and stretching. I really felt a great stretch tonight doing the knuckle work, and am looking forward to continuing this routine.

My pleasure - great to know I’m still useful ;-) I’m redoing my site (awaiting Mem to return so I can upload it) and I realize how much the ‘hive mind’ here has eclipsed what I have to offer.

On that thread where I posted that pic, did you pick up the comment about the guy who does the knuckle stretch with palm facing up? Much better. You can use your other hand to press down on the base while you curl up with the IKS (inverted knuckle stretch, but you knew that) - very powerful.

I did in fact find that. I really like the advice of pulling in my abs too that makes the stretch 10x more fatiguing.

I’ve been doing this for the last 2 weeks. It takes me 10 minutes instead of five, but I do it a little different.

I do two light stretches (30 seconds) in all four directions. Rest my hands, then two hard stretches (20 seconds) in all four directions.

I’ll then rest about 5 minutes and do one final, light pull straight out for about 30-60 seconds to prevent turtling.

Haven’t measured yet (too soon) but EQ seems better. Only downside is I appear to be getting dry skin patches all over the shaft. This could be considered a good thing (skin is streching at night, leading to growth maybe; I am waking up with serious morning wood) or…I don’t know, I need to use moisturizer on my shaft LOL

I will keep everyone updated.
