Been contemplating doing PE full time as I have for the last two weeks done two 20 min sessions, one in the morning and one in the evening. Did it for 5 days straight then took 1 day off and then 6 days straight and 1 day off am now on the second day off but starting to think my unit can handle the stress of 0 days off.

Anyone else going at it full time?, any tips or pointers regarding that would be appreciated.

Well, like a lot of threads say, you don’t want to over do it. It’s really about how long you’ve been doing it. But like they say, no one knows your penis better than you.

I only take days off if I’m too sore to do my routine (which really only happens if I masturbate too close to it - my head gets so damn sensitive that stretching almost hurts). I also do two sessions a day. Mine are only about 7-8 minutes long, though. I’ve found that frequency does more for me than length of the routine (+ I’d lose motivation pretty quick if I tried to do as much as you do).

I’ve been on this type of schedule for a few months now, and it’s working pretty well for me.

I aim for every day and only take a day off if I feel to fatigued or not in the mood, like most things you get better results when you’re really up for it.

You got to do what your body tells you. Listen to your PI’s. If you don’t wake up with a 100% super boner every morning then you need to take more time off.

I think you can adjust almost any PE routine to be able to do it daily, just cut it back to where you still get great EQ or at least a small dip that you recover from quickly.

Lets say you pump 3 sets of 15minutes, every other day, because if you don’t EQ goes into the shitter. Well, you may find that you can do daily for 2 sets of 15 minutes and make better gains. Or you may find that 2 sets doesn’t get you the expansion 3 sets does, and prefer the 3 sets every other day.

You really just need to keep track of your gains to see if daily is better for you. I think for some guys it works great but not for everyone.

I tend to agree with this, but the alternative to more time off is a routine with either less force, less time or both.

OR on days you need rest, instead of rest, cut your routine and do half, its a form of “active recovery”. Thats for guys that find time off sets them back, but need a break.

It seems to me that length exercises (stretching) could be done more frequently or daily but girth exercises should be broken up by a recovery period.

Listen to your penis. There are indeed times when one must think with the other head, lol.

I have done it before. Just like bodybuilding you need a change. To do it for extended periods of time probably not. I am doing variation of 5-6 days strait right now but I do some form of PE everyday.

Holy shit, dude THANK YOU!!! you just helped me so much. I would always think I had overdone it when I would be sore (a different type of sore than normal), read your post and remembered everytime I could think of being sore was a time I had masturbated within a certain period of an on day. Got curious and decided i’d masturbate, put pressure on my dick afterwards and….. you guessed it sore as hell. You just saved me major headaches and delayed sessions.

This used to be a common approach here at T’s. Start with the newbie routine then up the frequency/intensity/duration. Its a simple, common sense approach that worked for me and many others. Ask yourself how many people using this pseudoscience about PI’s/IPR protocols are actually gaining anything.

Keep track of your positive and negative indicators.

Personally I will do a 5 on 2 off. And randomly take off a week here and there when needed. There have been times when I have gone two weeks straight, and then taken a week off as well.

I want to take time off but i am addicted to pe now since i don’t have a job and just go to school. I think i might have to do 2 days on and 1 off because i am having trouble making gains.
