Hi everyone I’m new here and hope I can learn and gain a lot, so far I’m doing the lazy routine, using bath mate for 15 minutes daily and phallosan forte every other day for as long as I can, but usually not more than 6 hours.

My question is if I have anything wrong because it’s not that easy to have an erection prior to bath mate use, and I don’t have that rock hard erection during the night although I do have semi erections every night. But it’s easy for me to have a 100% erection prior to sex.

Is that ok or should I slow down a Lillie bit? I don’t really think I’m overtraining, actually I think I’m still adapting my penis.

You are reporting signs of overtraining.

You should have started with manuals for 6 months, newbie routine and after 6 months proceed to devices.

Since you have started like that, either put the pumps etc away for a while and do it right after taking a week completely off, or reduce the amount of time in what you are doing now.

What amazed me is that he was reporting ROCK hard daily erections. If I was to do the same routine, I wouldn’t get ANY wood for about 3 days.

So, even with the high force routines, those that achieved success were also reporting either constant great EQ, or only were about a day of rest away from it.

So really, different PE methods seem to effect everyone is slightly or greatly different ways. Some may find low vacuum pumping is very gentle on their dicks, where others may find that that same vacuum level beats the crap out of them.

That is one of the reasons I have written on the Physiologic approach (PI and EQ), because it allows you to access how it is effecting YOU!

It doesn’t matter if 10,000 guys got great results with a certain approach, it may be way too much for you! If you have no way to determine the effect its having on you, then its just blinding groping in the dark…and your chances of success go way down.

I personally find edging will kick my ass if I go more than 15 minutes…so really, (unfortunately) I have to cut all that out for me to have great EQ and the possibility to gain. It took me a long time to realize this.

What things like edging do to me, is give the stress of a heavy PE workout, but not the potential for any gains. Not everyone is effected that way though, some can edge all day and not stress their dicks at all, some will ruin their progress for the day with even 5 minutes of edging.

If you learn to read your PIs, and keep high EQ, it either will put you IN the growth zone, or damn close to it so its only a small adjustment to begin to get gains.

New to PE

I stumbled upon PE 6 weeks ago. I’m in my 40s and was headed toward ED. Basically I was only getting erections when it was time for sex and even then probably 90%. My wife suggested a pump when her friend and husband got one for sex, so she obviously noticed. So I bought a bath mate and started using it, then added basic stretching and jelqs.

I have read a lot, and love the commercial free aspect of the site.

PE has immediately helped my EQ, but it’s still inconsistent, but getting better. Since I have never really gotten to great EQ, can somebody weigh in on whether I could be over training, getting used to it or what. It’s not like I have declining EQ but “not quite there yet” EQ

I do think have grown a little. BPEL is 1/4 longer or I’m harder, one of the two. I didn’t measure flaccid but it looks bigger too.

There are many factors that play a part in EQ! The bathmate is difficult to use with precision so you may be doing too much with it.

I’ve been taking the Dr Max Powers Testosterone Booster once a day after finishing work and before heading to the gym. I’ve noticed increased energy and improved physicality.

I’ve really noticed an improvement to both my gym routine and my libido. It’s hard to say for sure that these pills have been the sole result of the improvements I’ve been having but I feel that they definitely might be a part of it.

This is great knowledge to know on EQ. I have just started my journey for about 12 days. I notice the stiffness has improved but I would like to improve the frequency of erections that I used to have 10 years ago!

I hope my EQ will improve greatly along my PE journey.

After my decon break, I started with 20 wet jelqs and was getting regular morning wood. After a month in linear newbie routine, I included 5-8 mins of stretches and morning wood disappeared although I have no problem getting erection for sex or masturbation. And I feel I have gained a fraction of length. I have not measured yet but I can see the difference. Should I ignore lack of morning wood and continue with my routine? Or should I skip stretching and only do jelqing to have morning wood back? I have read here that there may be a period of low EQ due to stretching or hanging. Any suggestions/views please?

Keep the stretches and try backing off on the intensity of the stretches.

I have read your posts and if I remember correctly, you always had nice EQ even when you were hanging/stretching. I will follow your advice and will pull with little force and will try to relax into stretch. Lets see if that does the trick.

Morning wood is not the be-all and end-all of PE or EQ.

In fact I really don’t think it matters much at all. If you can get an erection when you need it, that’s all that matters. It’s not something to worry about.
