Tricks And Tips For Manual Stretching

I’m just now getting into penis enlargement and want length gains as well. I’m thinking of just going surgical but horror stories have me thinking otherwise. Dr. Guinta is the closest and its not the money. As a noob ?? I think maybe try manual stretches for a while. I have a stretcher that hooks to weights but man that’s rough on your member. Whats typical length gains with daily stretches over say 2 months?

Well it doesn’t have the same effect on everyone, I have 3 months on PE and gained 0.25” on length and girth. Using the starter guide. I’ve seen people post here 1/2” and 1” gains the first 3 months. So that probably depends on you. My unit is 6.10” NBPEL and 5.7” EG only manual stretching and c grip jelqing.

So what the verdict on surgical vs manual.

Meagre flaccid gains aside surgery does not work. Manual stretches may work if you give them a try.

Well I’m a week into PE and I think I can already appreciate gains in length with between the cheeks stretch. At least I think I do. I did a warming sock with rice after a work out today. And think I’m going to hold off on surgery for now. Is this like working out you make gains and then plateau and have to push it farther.

And oh didn’t mean to get off topic because dude was talking about a issues he had with hard semi-hard stretches and issues.

I had started stretching a few months ago,( October 2015 ), like every now and then when I went to urinate, I would do a little, not realising ( dumb me ) that stretching needed warm ups aswell as jelqing. Since then I had about 4 months pause because of pains ( more like uncomfortable aches )

So 4 months after I started the newbie routine,(routine started in january 2016) and started to add stretches at 1 and a half months into the routine. started with 10 seconds, now at 1 minute stretch per direction. Up, downand to the sides (diagonally sideways/downwards) plus 120 wet jelqs.Those 4 months were actually a break because of injury or at least I thought so, but I am wondering if I toughened up the tissues possibly? 4 months break could have acted as a decondittioning break and my tissues are sort of back to normal? Or could it be permanent? I am aware that tissue has memory, so maybe I just continue my routine and see. Gains are yet to be seen…I do think I am getting used to what sort of treatment my penis should be taking though, so I feel like adding a bit more to my routine, ( 3 days on, 1 off, 2 on 1 off, instead of 2 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off, the 1st day of the 3 day period being amore intense )
Still no gains though, and I’m at 2 months routine.
Firegoat, you advised me to stay at 110 jelqs and add strtching till I reach 10 minutes of stretching, only then add more jelqs…so I havent yet got to 10 minutes of stretching, but I have increased a little the jelqs I’m afraid, not alot ( 120, and planning on 150 on an intense day if I am to do 3 days on 1 day off )

Well I’ve been warming and stretching for about a month now and I had my son and was busy and didn’t stretch for a few days and it was like it was retracting. So I started up and again and seem to be going well. I got some pussy and it looked bigger and felt bigger. Is there a method to help retraction?

You can try ads, warm up and warm down , or end with a few jelqs.

Better to do stretches in multiple sets, or one set

I’m only about a month and a half into PE. I was wondering if it is better to do manual stretches in multiple sets, or just one set and increasing the time to complete a rep.

I actually don’t think it matters. It is total time under stretch that is more important, but I would always try to aim for stretches of 30 seconds +. I think 90 seconds is a good time if you have very good stamina and strength in your hands.
