The subconscious is very complex. It needs to be “convinced” by what it is hearing. It is far easier for your subconscious to accept these subliminals if they are positive, in your own voice, and said in the first person. I cant understand how psychological stuff should affect your dick size.

Maybe better eq yes, but how can it change your body physics.

You won’t see gains from just using subliminals. No one is suggesting you can. You have to do PE as well.

You may well get improved EQ, sexual stamina etc. though.
