Not sure if this has been said already, but I am using the fowfers for another purpose; foreskin restoration.

They effect a constant gentle tug, without hands or equipment!

I can see where this would help. All this has certainly given me a lot of new skin. I was circumcised, but now I’m not. Foreskin now covers my shaft all the way to half of the glands when I’m flaccid.

So I got my Homedics wrist wrap today, the blue packet inside is really tempting to eat..

If not mentioned, I like to keep a cable clamp in my car, in my office desk, etc, so I can utilze time efficiently and clamp while driving, using songs as a timer(2 five minute songs = clamping done, etc)

I’ve been trying to make a surrogate for the lead rings because I can’t find any. Golf shops didn’t evne know what I was talking about. I am gonna start looking for places that sell chemistry equipment and check out the lead rings used for beakers and such things

Hey, that’s nothing. I once rode fifteen miles on a Honda Goldwing with my dick in a 2” tube at 10 inhg, because I had a hot babe waiting for me. Clamping while driving a car is a piece of cake. I also once removed a clamp, jelqed in fresh blood and reclamped underneath the table in a restaurant. Dedication is the name of the game. Some guys say they have no time for PE. I say make time.

Your dedication is without question. Like you, I can clamp almost anytime at work, in the car driving, at home watching tv, at the mall shopping… Depending on how tight you clamp, wearing time can be easily lengthened. I agree that your pumping while riding your Honda Goldwing for 15 miles definitely puts you in a league of your own. The closest I could do to match you would be to ride my 10 speed around the neighborhood while clamped. Not that exciting, but I still get my clamping done.

I’ve also been doing cardio while clamped: Recumbent bike, treadmill and of course my all time fav, swimming. Seems working the thighs while clamped really gives a good engorgement. I still just wear lead weights running. I thought about clamps or jogging pumped, but it’s just too much trouble on the track.

But thanks for those detailed suggestions. I’ve never been happy with my flaccid size, or my flaccid gains. I’m a serious grower, and my flaccid:erect gains have basically been 1:1. That’s pretty tough. Imagine even a 1/4” flaccid size increase requiring a 1/4” EL size gain.

It’s been very slow going for my flaccid gains.
I’m going to try this. I’m definitely plumper than before PE, but flaccid girth is much more than my flaccid length. I hate that look.

I’m not hanging at the moment. After my breakup, and the subsequent financial buggering I’ve been taking, I’ve been reduced to living in a small apartment. My kids are always here (not complaining, mind you, I love them). Furthermore, I still live relatively close to the ex, so they can pop over at anytime, unannounced. I can’t run to the door with iron plates dangling & clanging from my weinie.

Hanging is a complete impossibility for me in the forseeable future - especially with them out on summer break. But even when school starts, they’re home before I get home. And I cannot set the alarm to hang at 2 a.m., for example.

What I’m doing is a daily a.m. PE session (7 days per week). Extensive hot wrapping, slow even wet jelqs, following by stretching & lots of kegels - every morning in the bathroom. I’m beginning again as a newbie (since I haven’t PE’d for many months). I’m going to gradually increase my volume over time and, eventually, incorporate a stretch-only PM session (just before bed, using a bamboo pole for dual fulcrum stretching).

Based on that, how would you incorporate your techniques into that routine? Btw, I don’t have a pump either. Nor do I have lead weights (are they worth it if you don’t hang?). I plan to do the nightly tuck, and fowfers frequently. How would you work those into my routine?
