Sorry about the over enthusiastic subject but I’m over flowing with excitement right now!
I only started regular PEing a little over 3 weeks ago and I’ve already gained like.. .6 in length and .25 in girth!
I am expecting most to say this is just due to EQ but I’m pretty sure that’s not the case as I’ve always had EQ of well.. I guess it’s always been a 10.. Like.. Rock hard and throbbing the whole time every time!
So yeah, thought I’d share my gains and my routine in-case anyone cared.. My routine varies abit but it’s normally something like:
4 days on, 3 days off.
Warm up with wash cloth in hot water (shower) or soak in a glass of hot/warm water
2 x 20 second stretch in every direction (down, up, left, right)
100 1 - 2 second jelqs (70% EQ)
20 5 second jelqs (100% EQ)
80 1 - 2 second jelqs with every 10th pulled into a squat stretch straight down (70% EQ)
Warm down with wash cloth in hot water again.
Starting BPEL: 5.45, EG: 4.5
Current: BPEL 6.25, EG: 4.75
Goal!: BPEL 8.0, EG 6.0
