I have heard multiple things about Zinc supplements helping with both penis and testicular growth. Anyone know anything about this and what a safe daily zinc dosage would be? Thanks

I for the life of me can’t remember the side benefits that it offers to PE but I do remember that you should never exceed 50 mg in a 24 hour period. Taking more than that will make you copper deficient and lead to serious problems.

I’ve found that it increases load sizes and makes the load very white. It’s known to increase testosterone production, but I believe that won’t help with penile growth unless one is still going through puberty.


Started (6-10-12) BPEL: 7.000", NBPEL: 6.0" EG: not certain

Current (10-20-13) BPEL: 7.75", NBPEL: 6.375", EG: 4.875"

Goal: NBPEL: 7.5", EG: 5.5"

My understanding is that it can promote testosterone production in males who have a zinc deficiency. It won’t have the same benefits for males who already have normal zinc levels. It definitely does make your loads larger and whiter. Be sure to google “zinc toxicity” before you begin supplementing. If too much zinc accumulates in your system, it will start to interfere with your body’s ability to absorb other minerals.

Whenever I take a zinc vitamin my load is a lot bigger than normal. I don’t know what foods contain them but it will say on the bottle how much of the supplement not to exceed. I’d go a little lower than that because even that number is redundant even if not dangerous.

Yeah, when I first started getting more vitamins, I accidently OD’d on zinc (50mg to be exact) I was worried and texted my friend to look up if I would be alright. Felt like I was gonna pass out but I think that could have been cause I was worrying too much.

Zinc is much more easily absorbed by taking zinc lozenges rather than pill form.

I take 50mgs a day pill form. I’ve never had any problems except if I don’t take it on a really full stomach with lots of water, I get super queasy for the next 1/2 hour. Kind of sucks

I take one 50mg pill every morning with breakfast.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Google zinc male benefit. But I take it for sexual health and as a testosterone booster. I take so many sups I can’t single out what each one does for me. :)

In moderation zinc can be very helpful, take too much for too long and you get anemia and other problems too (too much of a good thing I know ;) )

Try to take it with or shortly after meat or poultry, as proteins keep it soluble and available for the longest time since the body has no way to store it like calcium in bones, or iron in blood and so on, also be wary of the anti-nutrients like Phytates containing foods (almost all seeds, legumes, beans and nuts if not prepared correctly http://www.westonaprice.org/food-fe…ith-phytic-acid ) and take it at least 2 hours apart from milk.

Natural Sources

There is no any study about zinc to increase Penis length. We know that it affects testosterone and sperm production in male body. I’m sure you have enough zinc level in your body. Because you can take it by many ways especially with daily foods. Some people take zinc to increase semen volume or sperm quality. Don’t take it more than 15-20 mg daily. (Max dosage is 50 mg.) Don’t force this level. Because to take more zinc doesn’t mean to get more semen or more testosterone. Over dosage may cause intoxication in your body. I want to share my favorite foods that some of them contain more L-Arginine, L-Lysine and zinc. My advice is to take enough zinc from natural sources. Sure this list isn’t your daily menu. Because these foods contain a lot of calorie and we don’t want to get more weight to have a good and long looking penis :-) My foods are:

Lot of water (8- 10 glass)
Milk (500 gr)
Egg (2-5)
Chickpea (50-100 gr)
Ginger (1-3 gr) (this isn’t a Zinc and Arginine source)
Locust (carob) (5-6)
Pine nut (8-10 gr)
Walnut ( 5 )
Almond (50 gr)
Dried apricots (5-8)
Peanut (10-50 gr)
Pumpkin seeds (50-100 gr)
Chicken meat (200 gr)
Liver (Chicken or calf)
Shrimps, fish and other sea foods

Same here. My kitchen counter is littered with pill bottles of every vitamin, mineral, and herbal supplement you can think of.

Better than zinc and more natural is Mucuna pruriens
