I’m just started on the alternative newbie routine called “The Linear Routine”, posted by J123.

Feel free to post your success (e.g. Gains) or failure using this routine.

Hey viking, want to do an experiment?

You and a number of the other newer guys got me thinking that the Linear n00b routine doesn’t get enough press. A fair number of newer guys are all exhibiting traits that indicate a more is less approach would be safer for them.

Please do post your experiences with the Linear routine in this thread guys.

But for interested guys with little to no Linear routine experience?

Hi amaru,

Thanks for supporting this thread. I got the idea due to some impressive gains in the original thread. It seems like a very durable routine, even for experienced PE’ers.

Experience is needed to evaluate upon this alternative yet simple routine. :)

I will keep you guys updated and post my stats during the next month!

For the record, my starting stats are the following (only focusing on length):

NBPEL: 5.7
BPEL: 6.3

Come on people, post your experiences. Otherwise we think nobody uses this routine :D

If I had known about the linear newbie that is what I would have done. However I did similar routine thru trial and error and help from some other guys: warm-up, 3 sets of 5 way stretches, 90 jelqs. I got at least a 1/2 inch length from that in newbie period. I did that because “regular newbie” was way too much for me.

Hope you guys do an experiment as iamaru suggested.

Is starting out lesser necessarily better

Seems like some guys respond pretty well to “less is more” as newbies

For me it really works out to just do a relatively light routine in terms of stretching force.
Just warm up properly, do your stretches (apply force until you are at maximum length, don’t pull harder to force more length),
followed by jelqing.

The reason this works for me is because of the almost non-present healing interval for the stretches.
The jelqing does cause some red spots, but nothing serious.

I started out being 6.93’ BPEL and now (6-7 months later) I’m at 7.83’ BPEL.(The reason for the .XX’ is because I measure in centimeters)
I haven’t had much luck with girth yet, only some 0.1’ or something.

On and off since 2007

Started (October 2007) at: 5.5 BPEL x 4.75 EG

Last Did PE (March 2012) at: 6.00 BPEL x 5 EG

Thought that I just wanted give you guys an update on my progress.

Length:
Started (2011-03-23): 6.30” bpel
Now (2011-04-26): 6.50 bpel

Total gains: 0.20 inches in roughly one month!


Now: BPEL 6", EG 5.5"

Goal: BPEL 7.5", EG 6"

I follow this routine as well.

I did 2 weeks without stretching from 30 jelqs to 60. My penis feels stronger and the veins became bigger. No red spots or any negative effect.

I have stopped during the last 2 weeks unfortunately, due to absolute lack of free time.

Soon I’ll begin again with stretching this time and 70 jelqs while adding 10 jelqs every three workouts.

I’ll keep you informed.

And to give more details:

I kegel before every jelq, to push more blood in my member and I do my jelqs in sets of 5 with olive oil and I get a brake every third day.

During this short period of time, my flaccid became much much better. I remember one day, when I standed up from the toilet I was scared when I saw a flaccid dick almost as fat and long as my erect one for first time in my life (I’m 31 yo).

No erect gains yet but so far so good!

Same here. I started PE a few weeks ago and I’ve gained some girth already, but no length. The biggest difference is in my flaccid size. It’s starting to look like my flaccid is catching up to my erect. (I’m 29 yo.)
