Your Stretching Routine

Gents, I have moved from from my first 10 weeks of PE’ing to include the use of a cock ring during my edging sessions (10-15 mins). I am starting to consider using devices at this point. I have been sticking to my routine fairly strictly. Missing maybe 3-4 days max across 2.5 mths on a 2 on, 1 off routine.

My question to everybody is, how do you go about the stretching portion of your routine?

After a 4-5 min hot wrap, here is my stretching routine:

40 seconds down
40 seconds left slanted down
40 seconds right slanted down
40 seconds up
40 seconds straight out

20-30 seconds massaging/slapping dick against leg to promote blood flow

Repeat twice more, for a total of 3 sets. Then I do a 3 minute BTC stretch, which I’ve recently started sitting down on (correct me if I’m wrong, but is this called a fowfer?)

I would be curious to know if other people would do 40 second left, 40 second left, 40 second left, then 40 second right, 40 second right, 40 second right etc etc..

Anybody else care to elaborate on the stretching portion of their routine, please?

I do a 1/2 minute warmup

Left,right, and middle btc 40 seconds

Up,left,right,down,upleft,downleft,upright,downrig ht for 30 seconds

Repeat this again (except warmup)

I then do 25 kegel dld blasters and then I do 25 reverse kegel dld basters

I also do the mandingo stretch after some days and dld sock stretches

STATS: BPEL-7.5 EG-5.6 BG-5.8 -- MT Goal reached

Goal: 8 x 5.75

The first month, I focused on the newbie routine stretches for the outer penis. Now, I’ve included the dld hardcore bathmate stretches for the internal penis. I have a silicone ads I’d like to add to the mix, but i can’t get it to stop stretching my foreskin.

June 2011: BPEL 7 3/4 EG 5 3/4 (20.39 ci)| Sept 2011: BPEL 7 3/4 EG 6 (22.20 ci)

Right now I juqst do the the newbie stretching. Actually since I started with a break I’m really low in the cycle. When up to full stretching a do two sets of 30 second stretches in each direction. The order i do each is: down, up, left, right, straight out, 45 degree down left, 45 degree up right, 45 degree down right, 45 degree up left. I’m thinking of in the long run maybe adding a third set or extend the stretching time on each direction to 45 or 60 seconds. I can’t decide though.

Start (Oct 2010) NBPEL: 5, BPEL: 5.875 inches, BASE GIRTH: 5.25 inches, MID GIRTH: 5

(November 2013) NBPEL: 5.875, BPEL: 6.625 inches, BASE GIRTH: 5.625 inches, MID GIRTH: 5

I feel like 30 second stretches don’t do it for me, that’s why I upped it to 45 seconds per
