Your stretching preferences

I was just wondering what you prefer when it comes to stretching.

1) Before/after jelqing
2) Shorter time with an intense stretch/longer time with a moderate stretch(how much time per stretch)
3) One long stretch session/shorter sessions throughout the day(how much time spent?)
4) Any specific stretch you feel gives the most gains(newbie stretches, V-stretches, JAI etc)
5) Do you feel your stretching regime will give you the best results
