I would like your insight and wisdom if possible on the following questions.
If possible please answer them all. Short answers are fine!

- One guy said Pygeum hurt his erections; do you discourage it?

But even being at top health, if you don’t take some supplementation, be it L-arginine every day for a while, plus Lecithin and Zinc on the day you’re having sex, you’re not going to experience a greater load, stronger orgasm and faster refractory period recovery, for well being and not feeling weak.
Zinc supplementation is advised after cumming.

The supplements only seemed to work for a short time and then lost potency. I’ve taken zinc and l-arginine.

I’ve always had large loads and every girl I have been with has commented on the size of them. It’s always been normal to me but I’ve been told otherwise. My wife used to always laugh after sex and say “it just keeps coming out.”

About the supplements losing potency. Maybe after a while the body just gets rid of the excess it doesn’t need. That’s why shock supplementation, as overdosing on the day of sex might be more productive. But that’s just me assuming…

You also haven’t taken Pygeum and Lecithin as recommended.
L-arginine is a wise choice anyway; if you follow the dosage recommendation it will benefit you for sports etc.
Zinc supplementation is a good idea on the day you’re getting laid. Before and after.

As for your experience, it depends on the individual I guess, but health, nutrition and exercise plays a big role. I’ve had big loads and small ones. The biggest were when I hadn’t masturbated for a while and was really excited. Edging is also key.

I’l do like you and stick with l-arginine consistently; zinc maybe before and after sex, mostly.
