In about 2 days (at least that’s the plan) I’m going to measure my gains and post a report on my current routine. The only thing I’m wondering about is the flaccid length measurement. Should I measure it while it is retracted in the skin (not fat pad) or should I do a light stretch and once it’s all the way out measure it then? I can’t remember how I measured it the first time but I’m guessing it was when it was in the skin. Also my rest day is Wednesday should I wait till Thursday morning to measure or later at night on Wednesday as it would by that time have a 24 hour rest.


Current measure ment 8-2-06 EL- 5.5, EG- 5.25, BPEL-6 7/6, BPFSL-7.25

Short term goal EL- 6.0, EG-5.5

Long term goals EL- 7 to 7.5, EG- 5.5 to 6.0

I think most guys would advise waiting until the end of your rest day or the beginning of the day you resume exercising to measure.

The flaccid measurement is always tricky since so many factors can affect the appearance. My feeling is that stretching it is cheating. Perhaps measure after a shower or bath when warm water has had a chance to help it relax. Whichever way you do it, just do it the same way each time.

Measure flacid or fracid streatched as you prefer. Don’t measure it stretched and call it flacid.


Running a Massive Co-Front.

I’ll do it in the morning on Thursday then that will be the day after my rest day and before my routine. No I’m not going to measure it flaccid stretched that would be BPFSL which I may do also. I’d like to measure after my shower, but I usually take a shower after my routine.
