Your best advice to gain 1,5 inches in one year

Hi everybody,

I’ve been here for a while on and off, and have decided to begin PEing again.

Currently I’m 6 inches BPEL and focusing on length only.

My own routine would be inspired of the newbie routine, using manual stretching and V-stretches only for 15 min/day. After each workout I will hold the stretch while using cold water to cool down (having read about this in other posts)

Increase duration of stretch but not the force. do this 6 months See how it works and for the other 6 try increasing force slowly and patience.

Dedicate 4 months to giving PE a try 5 days a week. Don’t play around with it or make crap up. Don’t rush or skip the warm up. At the end of 4 months on the n00b routine re-assess your goals, approach, and interest in PE.

Are you only doing manual stretching? Maybe you should try doing some low level erection jelqs with a tight grip so you stretch your ligs when you jelq.

Consistency is key to any routine and in life in general.

I have actually considered moving over to the Linear Routine (also called the “Newbie+advanced routine”). Seems like people have accomplished great gains using that progression model?

Also, do you have any success with cooling down your penis while holding a long stretch in order to cement the tissue?

After my time. I pre-date the Linear Routine as well. Damn I am old.

So while I have no helpful advise beyond, “Safety first, don’t break your penis!”, I am very glad that guys are still finding things to experiment on.
