Your best advice to gain 1,5 inches in one year
I’ve been here for a while on and off, and have decided to begin PEing again.
Currently I’m 6 inches BPEL and focusing on length only.
My own routine would be inspired of the newbie routine, using manual stretching and V-stretches only for 15 min/day. After each workout I will hold the stretch while using cold water to cool down (having read about this in other posts)
