I just want to hear from people who have made good noticeable gains or anybody who made gains at all. How did you stay motivated even when you didn’t make gains?


Start: BPEL: 6’ MEG:4.5’

Now: BPEL:6.5’ MEG:5’

Goal: BPEL:7.5’ MEG: 6’

Replace motivation with persistence and discipline.

I have a good 2 hours minimum a day that I spent behind a desk. I can do my work and relax a little after and still PE at the same time. (Hang, pump, etc). You need to set up a plan and be consistant; if you lack consistancy you won’t know what works and you’ll lose interest.

I did not stay motivated. I remain determined. There are times you will get burned out on PE. That is natural and it will run its course. You must return if you want to reach your goals. That is the most key element.


Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

It’s just part of my everyday routine.

The primary motivation for me, at my age which is 60, is to maintain my EQ. I’m in a great relationship and since I’ve been doing PE, my EQ has improved tremendously.

Secondarily, increasing my length is a motivation for me.

But for me, being able to perform at a high level in the bedroom, has been and remains my primary motivation.

It’s like that old saying: “I came for the X, stayed for the Y.” I came to gain, but I never expected that PE would improve and help me maintain EQ so much. It makes a world of difference; it’s worth it even just for improved EQ and higher sex drive.

Gone from 6-6.5 BPEL to over 7.5 BPEL and I just do what I know I need to do if I’ll ever be totally satisfied.

Keeping it up until I’m at least 8 but 9 inches is what I’m aiming for. Also it took years before I got any substantial type of gains, like in the last couple of years despite me knowing about this for over 10 years. Using a extender was my break through in gaining over an inch.


Stats as of now: 20 cm BPEL/ 14 cm GIRTH. Started out at: 16 cm BPEL/ 11.8 cm GIRTH.

Seeing growth is what kept me motivated.

I made great gains for a long time and then it stopped. But i workout and have for over 30 years. That discipline carries over to everything in my life. I chip away at things and make it happen.

As I typed here some time ago, that you always should remember - many men around the world don’t know or don’t do PE. They even grow complexes based on their sizes that doesn’t suit them mentally or their women of choice. You do PE and so you always have competitive edge over many of them. Also if you would have a son, you would always be able to encourage him and teach something new!)


1st) Before knowing PE ----------------- 14.0 cm length (5.51 inch), 11 cm girth (4.33 inch)

2nd) PE-like exercises for 3 months -- 16.0 cm length (6.30 inch), 12 cm girth (4.72 inch)
