When you jelq do you have to squeeze the base with one hand while jelqing with the other? It’s kind of hard for me to get a good grip like that.

Its a variation I think, not too sure. But jelqs are usually done one handed. As in, the hand which is placed at the base is the same one which travels up the shaft, then alternate. You can use 2 hands per jelq if you want.

Best is one hand dry jelq in my opinion. Hold base of penis with one hand and slowly push the blood to the tip with same hand and release grip just enough to slide down and repeat. 2-4 Second Jelqs.

This is my first post, I think this is a great forum, keep up the good work everyone.

I have read lots of threads on this forum, but need more detail in a few areas for my routine.

Hence here are some questions (I started yesterday).

Stretching:

I have started doing 3x up, down, left, right for 30 seconds each

*) When doing this, it feels as tho I am stretching the skin around the base of my penis, more-so than the actual penis.is this right? Otherwise, how do I get to stretch the penis itself?

*) As stretching comes first on the Newbie routine (which I’m doing) I usually get an erection.pretty much full straight away, is it alright to stretch like this? It goes away after a bit, but I’d prefer to get on with it, as I don’t want to spend longer than I have to.

*) Does it matter where you hold your penis when you perform the stretches? If I hold the gap between the glans and the penis (like in the videos) it slips out of my hand.so I have to grab it around the body (this mostly occurs when stretching upwards for me).

Jelqing:

I am doing approx 100 alt left/right underhand OK grips and 100 alt left/right overhand OK grips (wet)

*) What level of pressure should you apply when jelqing? Do you squeeze very hard?

*) When the guides say make sure jelqs are consistent, does that mean give it similar levels of pressure across the whole penis? I.e. On thinner part squeeze harder than thicker part?

*) (Related to previous question) my penis shape is odd (or probably normal/untrained) as it is MUCH thicker from around a little after the base of the penis till the end, and then it is slightly smaller again at the end, before the gland.it’s supposed to be like that right? As it is thinner at the base of the penis (the unseen part) is it good to squeeze much harder here than you would in the middle of the penis? Will this help it to become thicker like the rest of the penis?

*) With the OK grips, do you need to have the palm touching/rubbing on the penis when jelqing?

*) Must you hold the other hand at the base when jelqing? I.e. One hand to jelq, other to hold base? I don’t always do this, as I need to hold my balls down sometimes, as otherwise the skin attached to the balls and lower penis interrupts the jelq (I.e. I can’t jelq the penis properly near the end towards the gland).

*) My penis has a slight bend towards the left around the midway point.it’s still straight, it just bends a little to the left then goes straight again. What side of my penis do I jelq more to possibly correct this? I.e. With what hand and what grip?

Kegels:

*) I’m alright with these.they are really simple.you can do them practically anywhere! That’s great!

After all this (my first 2 days) my penis isn’t very sore.is this right? I haven’t had sex (ever yet.) or masturbated since starting, but I’m unsure if I’m doing it right, as from some weight training I’ve done, I’ve found hurting leads to gains etc.

Sorry for the exhausting amount of questions, I’m just anxious to make sure that I’ve got the right technique so I can grow! My goal is to be like Evan Stone! That would be mad! Ha Ha :D

Your doing it right, try holding with both hands and pulling that way. You know you’ve had a good stretch when your penis hangs longer after. When you get an erection stop, wait and start again until its gone.

It’ll happen, just grip harder below the glands. Your skin will get tougher after a while and this will get easy don’t worry.

Be consistent. As long as you feel blood being pushed to the head of your penis you know you are jelqing correctly. Squeeze with one hand in an ok grip and hold that grip till before the glands then slightly, slightly relieve grip to slide down and repeat. Dry jelqs work wonders.

Not sure, changing the actual shape of your penis takes a long time. Not positive on best techniques for that.

Don’t need to for dry jelq.

If your in pain following your workout you are doing too much to early or too hard or too long. No pain. Be consistent. Don’t over work. You’ll see those newbie gains soon enough. Stick to that newbie routine though, good luck,

Are kegels/kegel holds OK to do on a rest day?

Long time lurker making his first post due to trying out the newbie routine for the first time this last week.
:)

1.) During the wet jelqs, are you supposed to apply the same amount of pressure all the way to the glans?

2.) In one of the newbie documents, or maybe where I downloaded the video, it said that after a jelq session the penis is supposed to remain and look more full for hours afterwards.
Am I doing something wrong if that’s not the case?

3.) Is it bad if you don’t do a warm down after a session of the newbie routine?

Did you ever have stretched downward?

I don’t know whether you were being serious about this or not, but it worked, thanks. I have had trouble keeping my erection down during stretches or jelqing, but man, one look at this and now I have no troubles. It’s worth a try for anyone else with the same problem.

Sorry, NofN, I’m not a jelquer: however I will point out that jelquing, like any activity, has to be learned, and most guys are not going to figure it out in only a week.

Not breaking your penis and having to take off weeks or even months to heal.
Learning to do the exercises properly.
Being consistent and investing the time.

Not advice for Phyriel per say but for others reading this thread.


Running a Massive Co-Front.

I have a few questions.

1 - Is there any common sort of agreement on “deconditioning breaks” to avoid the penis becoming conditioned too quickly? I’ve only been PEing for around 4 weeks, but at what point should I look to take a break and for how long?

2 - Is there any sort of general goal on what sort of PEing to do when? What I mean by that is I planned to follow simple manual stretches and jelqing for say three months, then planned to introduce more complex stretches and continue jelqing. Say after 6 -9 months then I’d plan on looking at hanging. It appears logical to me to maximise a routine and try and get every bit of gain from it before moving onto a completely new approach? Is there any general guidance in this area?
