El wino’s took any thunder away from any response I could have given you, so here is a serious answer. Start out by doing as many as you can flaccid, and wait until your flaccid again and repeat and stretch. Try BTC stretches also, its harder to get hard when your dick is behind your anus. Wait the hard ones out.

Yeah, thanks man. I will actually be out for the next 3 or 4 nights so there will be time for everything to heal and the dots to disappear. They’re already almost gone. I’ll definitely make sure I don’t get too erect. Thanks for the help, nice to have an experienced eye around.

I’m not a newbie but I have a question and I didn’t want to open a new thread for that. I was reading about LOT theory and I’m having some problems with understanding. Yeah, so I started today. I saw the videos, I did what the newbie routine suggested and all, but now that I did it, I have a couple of questions.

1) Is it okay to re warm my penis in between manual stretches or should I not warm up too much?
2) Is is bad to jerk it a little between the jelqs? It’s hard for me to keep an erection up for that long without me looking at porn or having sex.
3) Third of all I ran out of hot water, so I didn’t get to warm down. So I almost feel like I went back a couple of steps. PLUS I had to take a cold shower. Real smart.

Or because he was jelqing too forcefully maybe? I’ve jelqed from 30% all the way to 100% and I’ve never seen red spots. I think I heard somwhere that the red dots were normal. Corret me if I’m wrong somebody.

I’ve jelqed with 60%-100% erections too and have had no red spots. Maybe he’s applying excessive force, bruises easily or isn’t applying sufficient warm-up or warm-down.
