You know a way to gain about 3 inches in girth, in 1-2 years

I think length it’s not that important. I want a lot of gain in girth. Come to create a routine for that. I guess pumping and jelqing is the key. I want a routine for and from those like me. Thanks in advance!

Do yourself and your penis a favor and just stick with the newbie routine for a while; like 3 months or until gains stop which ever comes first.

I’m not sure pumping for a newbie is a good idea, one of the other guys will have to address that. I wouldn’t worry about what I am going to do in 3 months until you get there. Please remember that this (PE) is a marathon, not a sprint, and if you try to do to much to soon you will get hurt.

Were you PEing before you could actually join the forum? Like lurking and working and then joining?

Your current girth is 5.25 and you want to gain 3 inches in girth? First of all, it would be highly impractical to have an 8+ inch girth. Second, it’s pretty unlikely that it’s an achievable, realistic goal.

As sunshine said, your best bet is to stick with Newbie Routine for at least three months, no matter what your long-term goals are. I think adding in pumping to the mix is OK, but please make sure to read Vacuum Pumping 101 if you haven’t already.

After at least three months on the Newbie Routine, you might want to look into clamping as the basis of a girth routine. Do search on drilla9 to find his posts on the subject.

5.25” is quite a respectable girth. It’s bigger than my starting girth, which some women referred to as “thick.” Gaining even 1” of girth is probably too much, especially at your current length. Please make sure you have a chance to use your penis before you try to change it so dramatically. Get feedaback from your sex partners.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

I’m not sure he is, because his signature stats are in inches, and he’s wanting these gains over a 1-2 year period.

Buddy I think you need to realise that 8 1/4 inches of girth is way too much. That’s about a coke can size. If you don’t believe us, go and show a canned drink to a girl and ask her what she thinks about having a girth like that inside her.

Go with the Newbie Routine for 6 months and see how that works for you.

Excellent question. A three centimeter gain would be a little over an inch, which is still a lot of gain.

You’ll see that anything over a one inch (2.54 cm) gain is not common.

Have you done the Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine yet? If not, it’s a great way to start. After that, think about incorporating pumping, but gently, please. You need to coax growth out of your dick, not force it out. Start reading the threads in the Pumper’s Forum, and Vacuum Pumping 101 in particular while you are still doing the Newbie Routine and before you start pumping. This is a good time to start researching your options on pumps and cylinders, too.


For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

Bicious, don’t forget to add in the manual stretches to your routine. You should make sure you are well conditioned and use heat to warm up prior to any serious stretches.

Bicious, My EG is at 5.8 and my wife thinks it is way to big for her. I like ModestoMan tried to loose gains on my girth. In my opinion, 5.5 EG is ideal for any women. Believe it or not, once your girth gets to a certain size, .3 inches really does make a difference to some women, like being to much. Bicious, choose a more realistic goal like .5 EG and see what that does for you.

I chose as target 3 inches because, in discussion with buddy’s(girls), or on forums, I seen complaining about too much or too little of length, but very few complaining about much girth. So my target is girth.when I chose the target, I want my Bicious like a pump :) , so I measured my pump, but I measured wrong, now I see she has 7.00” girth, so my target change: 1.50”-2.00” :) . Sorry about error.

(Pumping(5 minutes)+jelq(5 minutes))*3. Too much? Gaining is not too much.
