I feel like I’ve had good gains and I thought, now is the time to add pumping. What I found out is less is more for me.

I had reached a point, I thought more had to be the answer. All I got was bad EQ and a loss of a 1/8 of an inch.

Jelqing is my bread and butter. Maybe I should be thankful I don’t have to hang or pump. I started back to my old routine and bam ! I got what I lost right back.

My routine:

2min. warm up with hand held shower.
60 sec. stretch right side up
left side up
right side down
left side down
straight up center
straight down center
hot water on it the whole time.
out of the shower v stretch for 2 mins.
Jelq for 15 mins. about 500
I have done up to 1000 a day split morning, evening.
5days on 2 off

Way fix it if it isn’t broke?

Yeah, don't worry. It did not take me 8 months to get these gains. I was more off than on when it came to PE :O

I’m a more is more guy and it is tough to find the time to do extended routines and workouts when you have so much in life to deal with. I’m not moaning about it but there is only so much time in the day after an 11 hour shift at work, 90 mins of sport, getting home and chatting to the missus about her day and having dinner in the process I’m pretty much ready for sleep and am up 6 hours later to start it all again.

Anyways, congrats again and do count your lucky stars that you can make considerable gains from shorter workouts.

Starting stats:- Dec11th2008 7.2"bpelx6" meg.Mar23rd09 8.375"bpel x 6.125"meg. Mar10 8.4" bpelx6.125" meg.

Goal: 8"nbpel x 7" A one eyed monster by any standard :)

If I was you I would not change the routine, stick with it. Excellent gains.

The routine has constantly changed. I think anyone that has done this for awhile is always changing things around. What I’m doing now I’ve been doing for about 2 months and my EQ went through the roof. I can’t explain it, but it goes back to listen to you tool it will tell you what it needs. Yes, I did get a injury one time, trying some squeezing with a cock ring on. I still have a blue mark on the under side. No pain though. I guess my boy just can’t handle it.

The one ‘good’ thing that can come from that injury, is you’re finding your limits, and your unit is still operational. In my case, I have yet to injure myself, and I’m always worried I’m pushing my limit… but never sure.

If you still have discoloration after you heal, try this:
“firegoat roll” discoloration prevention, control, and removal
firegoat - my discoloration follow up

Guys on those threads are claiming good results. I do have one very minor discoloration spot on the underside of my unit. I guess I should try the “Firegoat Roll” myself.

That’s the one thing everyone should always remember. Know your limits! You have to know your own body.

It took me a long time to realize less is more for me. I was always thinking I should be doing more. I see what some people do here and I get to thinking I’m lazy, but it’s just not true. What I do works for me and that’s all that counts.

I agree. If you or I tried some of the routines the hardcore veterans do, we would probably end up in the hospital

PE can break your wang, no doubt about it. But don’t forget the old adage,” Guns don’t kill people. I kill people, and sometimes I use a gun to do it.” So before you start PEing, spend some time at the firing range learning safety protocols. (:

So many new guys latch onto the misconception that the crazy, advanced, exercises are to be strived for. It isn’t like leveling up in DnD or WoW where you suddenly have access to new tricks that put all of your previous stuff to shame. It is the opposite in fact. Some guys, the lucky guys, are able to stick with the n00b routine their entire PE career.

But for many, every time that they level up PE stops working for them! They are then forced to experiment with methods that are less and less time effective, less and less safe, etc.. These are the so called “advanced techniques”; guys trying anything once the newbie routines stop giving results.
