You guys were right
I feel like I’ve had good gains and I thought, now is the time to add pumping. What I found out is less is more for me.
I had reached a point, I thought more had to be the answer. All I got was bad EQ and a loss of a 1/8 of an inch.
Jelqing is my bread and butter. Maybe I should be thankful I don’t have to hang or pump. I started back to my old routine and bam ! I got what I lost right back.
2min. warm up with hand held shower.
60 sec. stretch right side up
left side up
right side down
left side down
straight up center
straight down center
hot water on it the whole time.
out of the shower v stretch for 2 mins.
Jelq for 15 mins. about 500
I have done up to 1000 a day split morning, evening.
5days on 2 off
Way fix it if it isn’t broke?
Start bpel 5" girth 5"
Now bpel 6 3/4 girth 5 5/8
