This is my first thread. I have been PE’ing for more than 1 month already (actually a few years ago I started but gave up on it, I don’t know why). Anyways, I want to thank you all for this great website, and I wanna say to all the people, I admire your dedication. ALOT of people wouldn’t keep this up for 1 week. It shows that you guys are really motivated and believe in what you do.

I’m 18 years old, and like all you guys I wanna get bigger.
In one month I have gained 1cm (0.39inch) in BPEL and another 1 cm (0.39inch) in EG.
I am now 17 cm (6.69inch) BPEL and 13 cm (5.12inch) EG.
My dick looks alot more healthier and it feels alot more better. I’m am pretty happy with the results till now.

I am still doing the newbie routine,
5 min warmup
10 min stretches
15 min wet jelqs
5 min warmdown

I have a question though..

Like many of you, I still live with my family, so I have to “stealth PE” as some of you call it. I do all of my exercises in the shower.
Yeah it is sometimes suspicious, but I have no other choice. I can’t buy any lube or whatsoever, since my mom knows every inch in this house, and she will find EVERYTHING I try to hide. (I hope to move out as soon as possible ;p)

I noticed I am getting some discoloration recently.. Now I have read that you can prevent this by hot wrapping. Now, I always warm up/down using hot streaming water (around 40 degrees, is that enough?), I do this five minute for each one. Most of the times I even do my stretches still having the water pointed at my stuff.

I wanna ask if this is effective at all, because I am not so sure, since I still get the discoloration.
Also is there a way to reduce the already gained discoloration?

Discoloration, your working it to hard lighten up on the grip after a 5 day break. Return do the jelqs 1 on and one day off tell you are reconditioned.

Put a lock on your door you are entitled to privacy according to most state laws even in your mothers house. God love mothers but they can get their noses trapped.

My suggestion is if you have your own room jelq at night when everyone is asleep just before you go to bed this Will also help to relax you and make it easier for you to go to sleep.

As far as lube use hand and body lotion, tell your mom you get dried skin.

You can’t really keep secrets from mother she is probably aware that you masturbate, and if you don’t she has probably seen the nocturnal emissions on your bed sheets from not masturbating. You can’t get away from or rob nature.

Don’t act like you are keeping a secret.

If you are sharing a room with a sibling then the shower is the best bet.

You can use a rice sock for warming up your penis before stretching and jelqing. Put about a 1/4 of a cup of dry rice in a sock tie a knot in the top of it and nuke t in the microwave on medium for a minute or two.

When your mother ask what is that. Say it is a rice sock my thumbs are strained from holding open books all day in school and this helps. Pretty soon everyone will be making rice socks for their little aches an pains.

I don’t care if she knows I masturbate, everyone does.. But PE’ing is a little bit different hehe.

The rice sock won’t do it for me though, I can’t keep that up everyday without them getting really suspicious. I was hoping hot water was good enough.
I can still use the shower, it’s not that bad. I find it alot more comfortable there, since I won’t make any mess with the lube and stuff.

I wouldn’t recommend HOT water, warm water works best. Since you are in the shower use a warm cloth and wrap it around your dick. It works better since it is only warming your dick. If you have a problem getting lube etc, just do without. Or hide it in your underwear drawer. The discoloration is most likely from working out at an extremely high intensity to which your dick is not accumstomed to as yet. Your routine seems really solid. Do it until you cannot gain anymore, then increase the time or change it up.

Actually, I do wrap a little washing towel ( don’t know what you call them in English) around my penis when I am warming up.
And for lube most of the time I use shower gels and stuff. I think it works well, and I haven’t noticed any negative effects on my skin.

I have a hard time figuring out when I am pulling or squeezing to hard, is there a way to tell?

Also I have another question.

Is it necessary to use any supplements or more extreme exercises if you want to gain 1 to 2 inches? I don’t really feel save about that stuff, I’m really afraid of injuries, I just can’t see my little buddy suffer. :(

I was curious if anything thinks this is too much for a newbie routine.. I heard that you are suppose to do 5 minutes of stretching when starting off. But when I read this newbie routine it told me to do 10 sets of 30 seconds in stretching in all diretctions ( up , down , left , right , and straight forward. Also the 5 sets of left and right circular motion stretches. Which in total would be 25 minutes of stretching. Also I couldn’t get a good grip by just grabbing so someone said to use tissue. This makes it very dry and irritated. Anyone other suggestions?
